Very pleasant experience in ER, and on the unit. Physician and staff are awesome . Everyone including dietary and housekeeping so pleasant and helpful. Though I never relish the idea of staying in the hospital, I am thankful for the care provided.
Excellent surgery experience from registration to postop very caring staff excellent Doctor & surgeon & wonderful nurses the entire experience was positive wonderful that s a customer service is all about what I experienced add Ochsner Baptist was top notch service from beginning to end. Ochsner Baptist Staff has been undeniably exceptional. Everyone was friendly, warm,and welcoming. I've had the pleasure of conversing with several staff member that expressed a high level of care and concern, while creating a comfortable stay for me and being determined to get to the root of my problem. With utmost sincerity, I appreciate every last one of the staff for a smooth transition.

Ochsner Baptist hospital is hands down one of the best facilities to get proper care from in New Orleans at least for Mothers to be. I passed several hospitals to get to OBH to deliver not one but both of my children. My nurses are always nice and professional. I always feel safe and confident that they are doing a great job and putting my health and my baby s health first. I also love the doctors working in the OBED. Everyone works together to create a stress free environment for mom and baby. There is one nurse in particular that has stolen my heart and that is Ms.Eddie. Ms.Eddie is by far one of the best nurses if not thee best nurse in Mother Baby. She lights up the room when she walks and she is friendly and easy to talk to. I wish I could take Ms Eddie home with me and keep her forever. She has the kindest spirit and soul. She will never make you feel uncomfortable or annoying. She will let you ask her a million and one questions even if they don t make sense. She won t judge. Ms Eddie is a big book of knowledge. She also has some of grandma s secret magic dust. I have only known her for 3 days but for some strange reason I feel like I have known longer. Ms.Eddie is truly one in a million and Ochsner is really lucky to have such and amazing nurse.
Everyone was caring and patient. The attending P.A. did not stop running test on me until she found out everything that was wrong with me. Nurse Angela,Was really Awesome,she went above & beyond & exceeded my needs. I would definitely recommend anyone who wants compassion,care & quality to go here. I did not wait long @ all. I entered & was inside a room within 3 minutes of arrival time,checking in with patient access representative. Thank You to all of the caring team of staff that took care of me & actually found out what was wrong with me.
Wait time was what I expected. However there was a gentleman in the waiting area cutting up. I felt he should have been separated from the area.
The check in process was very smooth. The staff was professional and took no time to check me in. The triage nurse was a little rough. From there it was smooth sailing. Every nurse, nurse practitioner and doctor I encountered were great.
Been here 3 days and every staff member I ve met (feels like a lot) has been incredibly compassionate and treated me like a real human, for which I have so much gratitude. All of my questions concerning my care have been answered clearly and Very patiently.
I m alone and this situation would have been much more terrifying without the people here.
Overall experience was great. Dr was very informative and compassionate for all my needs and will help in anyway possible to see that I have what I need due to my medical history.
The staff and Nurse Practitioner I see there are awesome. Always nice and the NP always remembers personal stuff about my life such as my kids. This makes you feel like they are treating the person as well as health problem. Thanks Mrs. V!
