Brought my daughter to the emergency room last night and I d like to thank your staff for their professionalism and immediate care. We ve been to this hospital a couple times and I have nothing negative to say about her care or treatment! My daughter has a complex medical issue and it always seems like the staff takes it serious and tries to get us through the process as fast as possible. Thank you again!!!!
My 25 year old daughter just finished chemo treatments and I just want to say thank you to every nurse in the infusion room. Everyone of you are an angel. you all treated my daughter as if she was your daughter or sister. Thank you for making a miserable time much more bearable. Keep up the good and caring work, it is not unnoticed!
Fell 12 feet on an outdoor lift. Went to ER at 3 pm. One person working the admission counter. Two hours later at5 pm still had not seen a doctor. Only blood pressure taken. Left the hospital, disgusted and disappointed. Sad way to treat patients.
Amazing nurses. Sabina one of the nurses who took care of me is the absolute BEST. I was a nervous wreck crying and scared and she made sure I got the answers I needed. Everyone there is wonderful and so caring. Definitely a great hospital to go to if you need to of course. Rest assure you ll be taken care of. I was very very sick, just came home today I was there for about 4 days. Everyone made me feel so comfortable. God bless you guys!!!!!
I received both my vaccine shots at Ocean Medical. They did an exceptional job both visits. Ocean Medical is the only hospital that had clear visible signs as to where to go for the shots and where to park. Once inside I was taken care of within five minutes. The whole process was very smooth and efficient. In addition, the staff was warm friendly and very efficient. I was nervous about the whole process for weeks before my first appointment and I worried for nothing. I was amazed and delighted that the process was so smooth.
Was there for a few days... There was a nurse named Sabina, she was one of the nicest and most empathetic people I ever had the pleasure of meeting. She took time out of her very busy scheduele to talk to me and make sure I was ok and had everything I needed. Staff overall was great but she was just an angel in scrubs.
Currently here right now admitted in room 512. The whole experience was great. From the ER, to the OR, and being admitted. My doctors are welcoming, and the staff is very warming. Larry, Nicole, ashley, Natalie and Vivian, are nothing but sweet and caring. Probably the best hospital experience.
Brought a patient to the emergency room after she suffered a trip and fall. The patient wanted to go to Ocean Medical Center because her doctors were there and she felt more comfortable at this hospital. The charge nurse was unprofessional, rolling her eyes, giving an attitude when I told her I wasn t sure why the daughter of the patient was vaccinated, then had the audacity to ask how many hospitals did you pass to come here. I ve had many interactions with this nurse and they have been identical to this. Speaking to local agencies, they ve experienced similar encounters.
I will never ever step foot in this place again, absolutely no one cares about your health or suffering. I got here at 4:30 with severe pain on my lower back and they put me in a bed in a hallway where it says "family lounge." No one came to check on me for hours. It's sad that i received better care in Bolivia than I did at this hospital.
I was still in pain waiting for a ride and the patient care technician asked me "to wait over there" trying to kick me out of the bed when two other beds were open, i guess she did not know i was in pain wearing up on their chairs and needed to lay down.
I was not seen helped at all and was given two shots of i have no idea what because I was just asked my last name and given an injection.
Terrible service, and disheartening treatment by so called professionals.
