Ocean Honda, I called the number you stated in your response. The receptionist Cheryl answered and said she didn't know who left that response. I looked again it says response from the owner and I called her back. She said the owner is not at that number. So I'm not sure who left the response without a name and provided the number but when I call no one knows who to connect me to. And my wife was not made aware of the recommended service. And as I said I made the reservation online and I did not accept the recommended service and instead selected the tire rotation and oil change. I can put a can of engine cleaner in my gas tank and a lot cheaper than $29.
Hey rip off and took advantage of my wife. Scheduled an oil change tire rotation and my wife brought in the vehicle and they did a actual 20,000 mi service and charged more for it. That's not what we had requested. Was trying to find a new Honda dealer to service the vehicles in this area since we moved here but I guess I have to look somewhere else.
We just bought a 2021 Honda Pilot from Efrain Alvarez at this dealership. I couldn't be happier with the experience. Not at all the "traditional high pressure" car buying experience. The financing process was easy as well. Buying a car is never fun, but they made it simple and didn't pit us through the typical "theatrics."

Ocean Honda in Port Richey was an amazing experience I was super nervous and John the GM was great Abraham and Max helped me pick out the car that I wanted exactly! Even Brandon and finance was great working his magic with the numbers I left with the car I wanted and the payment I wanted when does that ever happen? The staff there is great I went to a few other places first I'm not going to lie and it was miserable. Honda is a great brand and I won't drive anything else ever again! If you need a new car go there tell your friends but Abe and Max and John the GM are your go-to guys!
Yesterday I was planning on just talking to the guys about trading in my car for a newer Honda and I ended up driving out of there with a 2019 Honda Civic Sport!!!! I love it already!! They were so fast only a couple hours and I was out of there!! I totally recommend going there to get a car because anywhere else you ll be there half the day and probably won t get a good car just being honest! Lol anyways, Thank you Honda for helping me out

Had an amazingly easy experience. Patrick was my sales guy and was there from start to finish. Answered every question and did everything to make the process go smoothly. He followed up after I bought my CR-V, didn t just sell me the car and leave me to it. My husband was so impressed he said when he s ready to move out of his Jeep, he ll go to a Honda and only buy from Patrick. Super impressed.
