I told Dave I just wanted be healthy. So he designed a workout program that was completely different than what I had been doing in the past. He introduced me to a new exercise routine that involved cardio, weight lifting and isometric components in what seems to be some standard old exercises. He taught me about the total time under tension for you muscles and challenged me to slow my motion down. It was very hard at first and I was not sure if I was getting results. But my lady friends noticed I was looking better due to improved posture. The scale revealed I was losing about two pounds a week. Best of all, I feel better through out the day. I highly recommend that you talk to Dave but most importantly - listen to Dave. You'll get results.

I'm writing this to alert everyone about the unprofessional and vulgar behavior of one of the Front Desk employees, Nick, who is also the owners' son. Everyone needs to read this for your protection and safety!
On Monday, March 26, at 10:30 AM, during the "Spice of Life" class, the instructor called in Nick to assist with a technical sound issue, but still the speakers were not working properly. He was called in again to assist the instructor with the sound, but this time he completely blew up in full force anger and swore vulgarly to the teacher's face and in front of the members in the class. We were in complete shock and scared for our safety. He kept swearing and acting in a very threatening manner repeatedly in full anger for 5 minutes, but thankfully our instructor was calm and professional and kept on teaching. Next time, we will all call the police and have them handle him since he continued his verbal abuse towards the instructor.
All of the members were in complete shock. We all feared for our safety as he is a tall, big man who was yelling in full anger in front of everyone. What if he was armed? Nick needs to be fired immediately, removed, and get professional help. If this was any other employee, he would be fired immediately with the police called in to arrest him. The owners, Mike and Pat, do not care about the safety of the members and customers. Instead of reassuring the members and apologizing for their son's disturbing behavior, he insists on keeping him at the Front Desk where he can yell, abuse, harass, and scare members. Both the owners and Nick need to apologize to all the students and the instructor and reassure everyone that Nick is not a threat to the public and that he will no longer work at the Front Desk anymore.
