If your in need for mental and substance abuse here is your place. They have everything you need to get through any of your needs. Fantastic staff, doctors etc. Wish there are 10 stars....

I spent almost a year at this place. Oaks Integrated Care deserves no stars. You will not get your life back here at all. The staff is cold and they treat you like a little child. The psychiatrist is a joke. The place is very depressing and offers no hope whatsoever. Oaks is a daycare for adults and will keep you down for the rest of your life if you allow it. If you or a loved one is serious about getting better, make sure to invest in a good psychiatrist. I have worked with great psychiatrists who have given me remarkable treatment. These psychiatrists are Dr. Deborah Bernstein in Philadelphia, Dr. Lisa Stackhouse in Moorestown, NJ, and Dr. Mark Agresti in West Palm Beach, Florida.

The people who work for this company seriously needs to improve on their communication skills to their clients. They don't say anything about the appointment time until the last minute. They also do not call back.

If you need mental healthcare, work full time and a single parent, don't go here. Ever since Oaks Integrated took over Greater Trenton Behavioral, they force you into 2 therapy sessions and 1 psychiatrist session. Not only will that NOT work with your already full schedule, that's 3 healthcare bills per month. If you need medication, they find a way to make you seem like a villian for needing it. So the profit markup is high for them while their services provide little to no profit for your mental health.

It gives you information you need to know and learn

Their site claims to help people with mental disorders find housing, but the staff at Oaks Integrated Care are not helping me!

I received stigma from the employees at Oaks Integrated Care and Psychological Abuse, when they're job duties require to help mental illness, instead they make it worse!!!!!

If I could I would not have posted any stars. My opinion is very low. If you or a loved one is using this service, plesse find another.
Little staff available and what there is are not qualified to do this kind of care.

My mother has been attending this program for a long time. I have seen a lot of improvement in her day-to-day interaction with the family. I am very grateful for everything this program has done for my mother. A Special thanks to Mr. TyQual Stanback for everything he has done for my mother.
