Erratic staff!!! I rang up and asked politely to speak with a member of staff. The woman on the phone asked if I could leave a message and I said no thank you as I am really looking to speak to her over the phone. Mid way through my sentence, the extremely rude member of staff slammed the phone down on me. I never said anything rude whatsoever. I wouldn't recommend leaving your family members in the care of such a short tempered person.
