Dr. Szuba is probably the BEST vet around! She's an amazing person and shows she really cares about her patients. Some of her office staff however, are not. Their policy is they hold 2 openings for urgent care visits per day. You need to call before or at 8am to try to secure one of these appointments. I have done so now two different times and was told they couldn't get our pet seen. I was number 1 in cue when calling both times and waited on hold until the receptionist picked up yet was told there is no availability. When I asked the receptionist how is it possible that both urgent care appointments were taken when I called at 7:57am and was 1st in cue? Her response: "I don't know." NOT a positive experience.
