The Oak Hill maternity ward was great! I had my own private room, the personal care given by the doctors and nurses there is exceptional! Especially Dr. Hoche and RN Jamie and Hope. My experience there could not have been a better place to bring my baby into the world. Thank you!

I was admitted through the ER and wound up staying for 11 days. They took excellent care of me through multiple tests, procedures and surgery. The nurses on the 6th floor were very caring and considerate. Even the housekeeping and food service workers were great. If I ever (and I hope not) need to have anything done, I would go here again
I didn't wait 5 minutes, they started treating me before ever once asking about my insurance. Top notch facility! Everyone was so kind thoughtful quick and knowledgeable... I was in an out in under 4 hours.
My wife could not have received better care, anywhere. Everyone from the ER and when she got to her room were] erfect, polite, courtesy, and seemed very knowledgeable about their job. My my and I love this hospital, we have been coming here for over 22 years. I would not go to any other hospital.
I am always amazed at how the staff at Oak Hill is not only professional but also how they make you feel that you are their only patient. Their care is sincere and compassionate and they follow up on your recovery. Five Stars
Being a patient is generally not a pleasant experience, however it can be mitigated by wonderful caring people. One item that was not addressed after mentioning it was of all things, my mattress. It was not even and sucked me into an awful position. Good thing there was a recliner chair near by. The nurses were the best, and I was happy to get such good care on 6S. Too bad masks were required if outside your room as that affected me in a negative way...as in the distance I would walk with one on.
I was scheduled for a mammogram at 10 am, I had worked the night prior, got off at 730 so I just went to my appointment with the intention of just waiting. The ladies at check in asked me if I was asked to come early and I explained that I just came from work, instead of going home and risking falling asleep and missing my appointment. They assured me they would do everything possible to get my appointment completed as early as possible, even though I didn t ask them to or expect such treatment. They kept their promise, my procedure was completed and I was home by 9 am or so. The technician for my mammogram was not only friendly, but the epitome of professionalism. I wish I remembered all of their names, but after having worked all night, I knew I would not. I should have written their names down because these ladies were just AWESOME!!!
Everyone was very caring and professional. I have worked in a large hospital for 45 years and I found the staff well educated and equipment modern and clean. They truly made me feel confident in there services.
The staff at Oak Hill hospital were wonderful in taking great care of my husband for 4 days. They treated him with so much respect and really cared about him. The one nurse, Ashley, was fantastic at making sure that my husband, George, was as comfortable as possible. She was extremely friendly and kind. For him being there for 4 days was difficult for him. But knowing he had such a wonderful and caring team who kept us informed about everything helped us tremendously!! Thank you to the nurses, assistants, doctors and the cafeteria staff who brought in the meals. You all were awesome and greatly appreciated for making my husband George feel comfortable.
First doctor and nurse I was with were great, when their shifts were over the next doctor and charge nurse pushed me out the door with no answers. It s very concerning, if you re very ill, because If you re not a covid patient you re pretty much screwed since that s all they care about apparently. Called the patient concern line several times, but of course it just rings until it ends the call.
