This academy sucks, especially the coach doesn't care for you and if you don't score more than 15 points you can't play the next 3 games, if you want to be NBA player then go somewhere else!

I graduated in 2020 and I spent my junior and senior year attending Oak Hill Academy. I was active in many clubs and in the leadership program as well as a national honor society student. If you are wondering wether or not boarding school is right for your child than I can assure you that you are making the right decision in sending your child to Oak Hill Academy. Their hard working and caring staff do their absolute best to ensure that your child is doing what is best for them while also having some fun along the way. Not just that but also the unique and structured environment that Oak Hill offers to their students helps your child make the difficult journey to being a young adult. Like all things in life you get what you put in, Oak Hill constantly encourages students to get more involved in the community in a plethora of different ways ranging from sports to leadership opportunities. After graduating Oak Hill I enrolled in Roanoke college and I can confidently say that Oak Hill has prepared me for college. I am currently interning at Oak Hill s summer school session and am ever grateful for the opportunities that have been and continue to be given to me.

Beautiful school. I loved it there. The scenery is great. The basketball team rocks. We were numero uno, when I was there . Outstanding staff, great academics. Just a all around great school .

Ideal place for junior, senior, or child at any high school level to prepare to be on their own.
