Great sound, quick bar service, good vision of the stage over the whole venue. There is a cloakroom too.

As a music venue was good, 2 bars. Quite small, but nothing too bad

Can be a fun night but the bouncer likes to use his power to be rude.

Nice location. BUT their damn aircondition blew our asses off. First time I attended a concert with jacket on. I'm getting a cold.

I would give 10 stars if I could. Excellent costumer service for pregnant ladies! Very helpful and well organised staff!

Fantastic venue, and one of the more accessible venues I've been to. I emailed ahead of time to see about seats, but didn't get a response. But when we arrived, I explained my situation and the staff got us situated and looked after us well, from security to bar staff, everyone was wonderful.

The security guards are really bad and mannerless....There are other good places around ...

Wheel chair seating was in a drafty corner with virtually no view of the stage. We were left there at the end for ages and I had to ask to be let out. Don't sell accessible tickets if you can't or won't cater for the people who buy them

It really is a nice place for small concerts, inside the lounge I went to, there are two bars, so it's easier to buy drinks faster and you never lose the visibility of the stage from the bars. Bartenders were nice and friendly!

Saw Veil of Maya and Born of Osiris. Pretty dope concert and venue

Great venue for concerts.

Th staff is courteous, the venue is well maintained and organised. They have a court rack which from which I was able to obtain my coat back.

There are two floors: the bottom floor is the main standing area near the stage, it takes up the whole room. The top floor has a balcony view on the stage, but the view there isn't very good, it's too high up. Both floors have bars and bathroom facilities.

Additionally, the top floor has nice seating, which wasn't too crowded, so it was possible to find a few free spots.

The sound system in the venue seemed alright, haven't noticed any problems.

Amazing intimate venue!
Albeit small & short staffed the bar was well stocked, with a good range & was reasonably priced.
Staff were fantastic & really friendly! Couldn't ask for more! X

Great club style venue for live music - good views, sound and bars.

Intimate stage, good viewing angles, bars limited stock and expensive, toilets are at the entrance and not in the best of place but also small and a few were out of order creating longer delays.

Has balcony view also.

One of my favourite London venues, its intimate but not too small.

Went to see the adicts, great size venue... Small enough to make if feel that bit better. Great night and great range of drinks including the option to buy 2pint cups

A decent venue, stuck in a less-than-obvious location at the end of a shopping precinct. Good staff, including the security, great sound

Fairly standard O2 Academy fare, good enough for gigs. Haven't been to a show here and stood on the balcony, but the sound quality has varied from very good to just above average at the shows I have been to.

Easy to access and well situated just out of the city centre so not too much traffic.

Great venue to see artists but some of the staff are horrible

Good place went to see KSI only problem was the prices but since being from cardiff it's cheaper so overall good place
