I found that the folks at O'Neill's were gracious and informative absent the pressure of trying "sell" me a piano. However, we did later buy a Yamaha that fit our budget and needs. The follow up service and their immediate availability has been impressive.

RUDE, RUDE, RUDE! Crotchety old lady was very unpleasant and condescending when all I wanted to do was buy a beginners piano book for my 7 year old daughter. She practically went out of her way to make me feel stupid because I didn't have an EXACT book in mind. After I suggested that I would like it to be something fun and moderately easy just to "get my daughter's feet wet" she told me, and I quote, "Piano doesn't work that way, piano is like math." WELL, EXCUSE ME. I will take my fun loving piano business somewhere else! Do not go in there unless you feel like raising your blood pressure!
