This is a peaceful, relaxing, gem of Greensboro. From the elegant and understated check-in process and experience, to the absolutely beautiful room, and unspeakably delicious room service dining complements of the Green Valley Grill their in-house elegant restaurant, the entire experience staying here was one of restful atmosphere and true quality. Our only suggestion for next time would be to replace the mattress in our room, which had begun to show it's age with a depression in the center. The staff and hotel experience are first rate and should absolutely be commended. Highly recommend, and we will assuredly be back!

With School, Work, as well as building another business, I have been tired and needed to relax a little bit. What better place for a little R&R here at O' Henry Hotel tea time. This place is relaxing, elegant and very Beautiful.
A truly outstanding experience! The O.Henry is one of the finest hotels at which I have ever had the pleasure of staying and I travel all over the world. My wife and I spent the end of our honeymoon at the O.Henry, and we could not have had a more wonderful time. The room was stunning, luxurious, and well appointed for extended use. The service was truly top notch - everyone on staff whether from the front desk, room service, breakfast and tea was kind, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and very accommodating. Both breakfast and afternoon tea were tasteful and delicious - I highly recommend making reservations for both. In the evening, we had dinner at their sister hotel where the food, service and ambiance were again truly outstanding. I cannot say enough about the O.Henry hotel and recommend it with my highest endorsement.
I was fortunate enough to stay at the very "fancy" O. Henry Hotel due to the ice storm that caused power to go out for thousands and it had to be Valentine's weekend!! They made it such a pleasurable stay! From the atmosphere and the cleanliness during such a difficult time in the world, the pleasant and very informative and concerned staff, and the going over and beyond was just awesome and made you feel so at home! If I could, I would pack up my life and stay there forever! I was overall very pleased and will definitely be visiting again, possibly for my wedding which is June 5, 2021!!!! To "ALL" your staff, I do appreciate your hospitality, and kindness and wish you all much success in life!!! I wouldn't change a thing!!!
I love this place wholeheartedly. The vibe is so elegant and classy and I can stay here all the time. The rooms aren't so impressive but the food and atmosphere make up for that.
We had an excellent stay at O. Henry hotel. I travel a lot and comfort/cleanliness are very important to me. This place that makes me feel like I m home away from home. Their service is outstanding from check-in to check-out, their rooms are extra cozy and well-maintained, and their food at GVG is nothing short of amazing. It really is all in the details. It is so rare to find a hotel that cherishes each guest the way they do. I am so impressed with my experience, I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I can t wait to stay here again and again!
What a magnificent hotel! O Henry Hotel is perfection personified. The staff was cordial, helpful and kind. Everyone had a smile on their face which I found quite refreshing! Our room was exceptionally clean; everything sparkled! It presented a relaxing vibe and was very quiet! We immensely enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning. Kudos to everyone who plays a part in the running and upkeep of this gorgeous hotel!
I really enjoy going to the O'Henry afternoon tea. Delicious tea, finger foods, and treats, cocktails available as well. Cozy and elegant atmosphere. A lovely experience :)
The Grill at the OHenry has a great brunch on Sundays. Sunday I had a flat bread with spicy meat and onions. Yummy
