Worst place, I docked in 11.40 am 4.05 pm came out loader said can not load, the trailer floor is week scary go inside with folk lift, I been having this trailer last 2 years. Funny experience, they eat my all day.
Quick. Showed up 2 hours early and got docked instantly
If you want to wait 5 hours for a 20min loading job feel free to come here very unprofessional

I'm not sure why so many say the woman at the check in window is rude. Well, based on my interaction with her, she didn't appear to have an attitude and came off as direct and to the point and that wasn't a problem for me.
Arrived around 8:35am for 9:00am appointment, checked in and was assigned a door. I was leaving with paperwork in hand around 10:50am.
It was a little congested with all the trucks but wasn't a problem for me.

Check in half hour before appointment,loading time 1 hour,overnight parking. Perfect
Follow signs to truck entrance off of AG Park Dr. The office is on other side of building when you pull in. Make sure to park away from the guard rail nearest office. You'll fill out a little form when there and they'll assign you a door. Received a door right away at 1240. Plenty of space to maneuver. Out by 1423
Doesn t care about drivers nor our time wouldn t come back here for the life of me. Hours long wait for a door. Lady on the phone is very rude. Places like this shouldn t exist! Stay far away
It s being 5 hours. Warst place. I came here 4:30 and still waiting for dock door. They telling me asap they find a place to put the stuff they will call me as if Iam their storage.
0 stars to this company, truckers avoid this place if you can, the don t respect your time, came here at 12, they gave me dock now is 4 47, still green light they didn t even try to load me
