Arrived at 745 am for 8 am delivery...called and was told that someone would come out and see me...830 am...still nobody...I called again and was told "they are on the way"...910 am STILL nobody...called again and was told "I'll check"...915 am I received a call saying "they can't unload you BECAUSE YOU ARENT IN A DOCK"...ummm... NOBODY EVER TOLD ME WHICH DOCK...they FINALLY got me unloaded at 1030 ( only 4 pieces by the way ) and told me it would have been quicker IF I WAS IN THE OTHER DOCK...
