Accross the street from LOFT and Smile Direct Club , this park which is ran by New York City parks and recreation, is one of the coolest spots to be in Manhattan. This is the exactly location of the charging bull, the fearless girl statues, and even the American Indian Memorial Musiuem Is located directly south of this park. This isn't a very Green Park, but it is also located directly above ground from the Bowling Green Train Station which services the 4 and 5 trains to New Lots and Woodlawn and EastChester- Dyre Ave areas of the Bronx, NY. New Lots is a block located in the East New York section of Brooklyn NY. They are all acccesable from this location

Good place to observe people and the envoirment. Also there is a subway in front if you are hingry and want to eat for cheap.

Very good place to drink coffee and read newspaper in the mornings.

Beautiful place. A little bland in the winter, but flourishes in the spring/summer. A must visit if you're in the area.

Nice venue for a lunchtime walk. Foot traffic occasionally heavy due to tourists ferrying to and from Statue of liberty

Always something interesting here, especially for tourists. Loud, vibrant, busy, crowded.

From your beautiful buildings around, a small park with a statue at Christmas it did not put flowers like chrysanthemum, or others that bloom at this time, next we have the beautiful bull of Wall Street in bronze of the artist Arturo Di Modica located at Bowling Green Park near the New York Stock Exchange but surrounded by barricades and engulfed by people. Patience for photography and touching his purses to be rich

A great historical part of New Amsterdam/New York, though unlike its historic self what with subway entrances, ads, and modernity within the space.

Love the lilies that are planted every spring.

Take a pictures at the iconic bull.. Preferable at night..less visitors

Once each year I like to walk the length of Broadway to absorb the changing vibe along Manhattan. Bowling Green is where I start.

Great little open aired market that pops up each day. It has a little spot to sit to eat some food but the fountain was out of order and there was no landscaping done when I was there.

A minute's to Wall Street and ferry to Staten Island, and a bubbling park to relax.

I like this Downtown area, of Manhattan. Steady flow, tourist attraction for the bull and Statue of Liberty and Staten Island ferry etc. Great food as well..

THEY HAVE THE BULL CLOSE BY. IF I HAD A HANNDTRUCK IT WOULD BE MISSING

Green in NY is not lacking, just balance in a scenario made of skyscrapers, iron and concrete.

I find it better to visit this area in the late evening. This is an extremely busy area during the work week. This area is a must for all tourist. Take the Staten Island ferry to Staten island and back to NYC for free. You get to see the city views and pass the Statue of Liberty. Battery Park offers great views too

NICE VIEWS OF THE WATER.HAVEN'T TRIED THE MERRY GO ROUND BUT IT LOOKS BEAUTIFUL.
I CAN EVEN SEE WHEN THE SI FERRY IS ABOUT TO DOCK SO I DON'T MISS IT.
