Very good phone repair shop. My family also repairs mobile phones here. The price is reasonable.

This shop is simply a super bad review! Changed the mobile phone battery here for more than a month! Return to the store again and ask the reason why I took my cell phone to the room without my permission! I immediately followed up to see what was going on. The man with glasses directly pushed me out! Almost pushed me down! The man was very responsive and his attitude was very bad! Feeling afraid I was discovered their bad intentions! Finally, I took the phone back and left! I hope everyone will not come here, otherwise your mobile phone will not know what will happen! ! !

Very professional and knowledgeable staff, had my phone there for service two weeks ago with very reasonable price and timeline. Would recommend for everyone.

Handed in my iphone xs max to fix due to terribly cracked screen. It was ready for pickup in literally a half hour. He even replaced my screen protector with no additional charge. Ive been a loyal Phone Pros customer for years and they exceed my expectations always!! Great professional service with affordable prices. Recommend giving this place a shot!

i went to six different phone stores and no one can fix my phone. only this store got my phone fixed. they saved my life. highly recommend!

The computer guy is so bad, taking my laptop over a month and said would fix it in 2or 3 days, and he went back to China without any notice. then I think he still gonna fix the laptop. call him and never pick up the phone! it's just stupid what he has done. You can go there for phone repair but not your laptop, you gonna wait for a long long time! computer guy, you suck!

I went to this shop to buy earbuds. It broke within a month or so. Then I took my laptop to fix. They were nice but perhaps there was a miscommunication and therefore they did not fix what I wanted them to. I payed the money thinking they were going to fix my monitor. When I confronted them, they insist that I only asked them to glue back my computer.

Horrible place. Brought them our Nintendo 3DS XL to replace the screen. They had it for 3 weeks and than told us they can t fix it. When we picked it up the system it would not work at all, won t turn on AND they took the SD card. We took off the back panel and found brown liquid all over the battery and SD card slot. These people are thief s!l and liars! with no honor. STAY AWAY!!

Got me and my wife phone fixed they were both ready in about an hour amazing!! Thank you phone pros!!!

I had them replace my galaxy S10 screen. My experience was nothing but positive. They needed 24h to do it since the screen was in their warehouse so instead of leaving me without the phone, they gave me a loaner free of charge. Superb customer service, great people.

Dishonest and rude. And fraud as well, i was told phone has charging port issue. Needs $35 to fix it. I went shop next block they run a complete diagnostic and told me it is charging cable that needs to be changed. So they lied to me at first place and fraud me for 35 dollars. Plus the front receptionist is rude. Guys dont come here. There are other better options.

Came thru rite before closing he still got it done for me I thought I had to wait till the morning thanks tony!!!

I was 100% satisfied after leaving phone pros. Friendly reps and techs. I took my apple Iphone there with a crack screen and i was out with a new screen in 30 mins. i highly recommend them
