Theresa and the staff onsite were absolutely amazing! If I ever needed a huge obstacle course again, NY Party Works would be the first place I d call.

We booked NY Party Works for a carnival for my children's school and they did a terrific job setting up, helping operated, and striking a number of bouncy houses. They have a terrific crew and the kids love the rides. We had a successful benefit and they were a big part of it.

We used NY Party Works for our block party this past Saturday. We used their mechanical bull. Thomas was on time, he set everything up in 100 degree weather. He entertained the kids when they were waiting on line, he always made sure the kids and adults were ok. He taught the kids terms and they would cheer and chant to those riding. Everything was perfect! We will be using NY Party Works again in the future!!!

Great company with wonderful items to make your party the best. Mark was at our event and could not have been better. Two thumbs up. We highly recommend working with them.

We had an event for our school and Party Works was excellent. Staff was 30 minutes early they were very polite. Children were all over the place when equipment was being setup and they still maintained their professionalism. I highly recommend any one/organization to use them. Thanks for everything guys can t wait for the next event.

Terrible customer service! The woman who answered the phone had the audacity to question if I could afford their rentals. I will take the company's budget and bring it on to the next company, you can go to hell!

Highly recommend working with this company - Margaret was quick to respond to our inquiry and make the necessary arrangements to ensure our event was a success. We rented items for our clients' appreciation party and everyone enjoyed the activities. Load in and load out were smoothly executed and on time, the on-site staff member was also respectful & was great company during the event!

I had ordered 150 cotton candy on sticks And to be placed in bags for one of my clients .I was very nervous about it and I have to say it came out better than I ever expected. NYPARTY and it s team were absolutely terrific providing 6 big activities at a party for my son on the beach. Inflatables, Virtual Reality, games and snocones were all in excellent condition, and well staffed- with friendly, helpful staff! I was worry free at my event as NYPARTY was beyond organized. Most important, during this time, their care and The safety protocols they employed throughout the entire event was amazing- clean, sanitized, and an attendant at everything to make sure the kids followed all the rules they had in place, 6 social distancing to wait, sanitizer before and after the activity and masks on always! Thank you thank you NYPARTY!!
