NVT Staffing is one of the best companies i have worked for in a while, they constantly put you on assignments and Jo and the rest of the staff there are just phenomenal people. I feel that they care for there employees and put there best foot forward to give you what's best for your needs. Keep up the good work guys!
I have been with NVT for two years. The company works with you and can be great for those who need part-time or full -time work. They have multiple offices so there is room to move from one team to the next if you are having a harder time trying to find work with your experience. Some places that they send you on an assignment have the option to employ. I have seen some people except positions and others find opportunities elsewhere while employed with NVT. It may seem hard to stay busy at times but there is always work available.
Being involved with NVT Staffing is a thoroughly positive experience, in every way. The individuals who make up NV Staffing are professional, highly competent, and remain interested in both the companies they staff and the people they have sent to work for them. I consider myself greatly fortunate in being associated with NV Staffing.
Employees are not treated with respect and management enjoys belittling people. You will not get hired by a property management company. These companies utilize NVT as cheap labor. The last straw for me was being forced to send photos of myself for a "uniform check" before I start my shift. Lastly, employees can be dropped without any given notice. No thank you.
I had an interview scheduled with NVT and I called in to possibly reschedule due to the snow that day. I spoke to someone who offered to reschedule in January, but since it was a little far out to schedule I told her I'll email her and confirm I would be able to make it. I ended up emailing the recruiter and told her I was coming. I went out of my way in an awful snow storm to get there. As soon as I got there and went in to the office the receptionist told me they're closing due to the weather..no communication, nothing to inform me. These people clearly don't care about people. Never again.
Kathryn Gwensberg and the entire team at NVT Staffing, are an extremely capable, and hardworking group. I'm really grateful for the temporary assignments that they've provided for me, especially during the times when COVID-19 had just hit, and many people including myself were displaced from jobs and businesses. NVT Staffing not only kept me working, but most recently Kathryn was able to find a position for me that totally matches who I am as an individual both personally, and professionally. It's one thing to find work for people. It's another thing to find someone a job that literally fits them to a T. Aside from being great at what she does as a recruiter, Kathryn is extremely professional, warm, and friendly. If you are willing to work hard, NVT Staffing can make some great things happen for you!
