My company uses Nvoicepay weekly to process all of our vendor payments. The process is very easy to navigate and process. Being able to go to the payments tab and see if credit cards were processed is very helpful and save us a phone call. Any time we do need to call customer service they are always helpful and resolve the issues quickly.
We have been using Nvoicepay for a few years now and we absolutely love it! Any issues we have had they have been quick to correct or help us work through them and the customer service has been great! We haven't had any issues with our customers receiving payments late and they all took to it quite well. We would highly recommend Nvoicepay!

Would stay extremely far away. Near impossible to get quick customer support, and when you do it s painful at best. Called 3 times today and received three totally different answers about why my payment hasn t come through. Stories directly conflicting each other back to back to back. Absolute nightmare of a company with total lack of communication in house.

I also like the fact that our vendors have a variety of payment methods they can choose from in order to receive their payment faster. The Vendor support team is always friendly and willing to help if you ever have any issues. Would definitely recommend this company!

Horrible customer service they lie and tell you that they are going to email you what you requested. I've called 4 times and was told they would provide me with the requested information they give you the classic run around and have an excuse or lie ach time you call again. I'm requesting basic information like the check number and amount simple they suck!
This is the best accounts payable and receivable software. It's a very user-friendly system, and is easy to work with. They will reach out to suppliers to get account info for payables, and simplifies payments for receivables. Great support staff too!
Nvoicepay has made our payable accounts so much easier. It saves us time and money. We no longer have to issue checks and mail them. I would recommend Nvoicepay to any business with lots of payable accounts.
Nvoicepay is easy to use and a great way to have your customers pay invoices. You can reference the invoice number and the best thing is that you don't even need the customer's card to pay for an invoice. So no need to purchase a card reader if you don't want to!
