I used Nubia tech on two different occasions. Each time the tech was very prompt in arriving to my home at the agreed time. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He resolved the issues in a short period of time and even gave me tips to avoid future problems. I highly recommend Nubia Tech and will use them again if I encounter problems in the future.

Just tried to call them and customer service is ATROCIOUS. The woman literally answers the phone saying who would I like to speak to, which, why would I know that? When I say I'm trying to schedule a repair, she just repeated the question. I said whoever does the repairs. I repeated this several times and SHE HUNG UP THE PHONE. Nice doing business with you.
