Every year they say nuance got best place to work award...But only if you check Google reviews you will know the truth

Compensation is not good..in many other organization employee gets better compensation and benefits.

No scope of moving to higher position or getting your work appreciated.

Partiality in teams and they give good compensation and benefits to employee who is close to them.

No learning opportunity and using outdated tools.

No growth in terms of compensation.

Good thing:

you will not be sacked even if you dont have any work.

I am waiting for my rebursement from Jan and stil I am getting. Nuance which is known for health care related and now it is taking all my time and energy. Please help otherwise don't issue.

To be honest this is not the right place to work. I believe people who gave 5 stars are don't have heart, they might have got credit for someone else's hard work and don't even know the manners!
One time free food itseems lol!
They deduct 1200Rs from salary!
People who provides wrong info are Quality here! hahahaha

I have been working here from past two years, I have learned so much in these past 2 years and still learning from here. Awesome people to work with, always ready to help and give positive encourage and support.
Manager has always been a friend more than a manager.

Modifications in work policy every three months has made it an unachievable target for the employees to earn a decent amount.. plus made it impossible to maintain a work-life balance.. initially they lure you telling a rupee per line, then later comes the lash of different kinds of pressure on you making your life hectic... Please don't join this company..

Joining this company is screwing yourself....no life balance... they set 2 months roster, this will continue for 4 or 6 months too ( No weekend OFFS ) n no one can digest, still people r work for the sake of commitments........

Being transcription company mainly into health care... Unhealthy place to work...No incentives ...U can only expect chocolates for your hardwork..

Best part is 99%of chat agents don't file income tax returns... They have never received such pay grade.. Including tenured agents of touch commerce department n NOT MLS - another department..Sad but true

I'm giving 3 stars only because of the HR Christy, otherwise it would have been 0. The management of touch commerce is not so great, they r new to BPO business n ACT AS IF THEY KNOW EVERYTHING n pressure agents with 4 chat concurrency! Rostering system is VERY poor, they set pathetic targets n more over ur job is not secured because of the RED FLAG nonsense (Kind of NNB'S), No appraisals for agents level even if u work for 1 or whatever years, A TAILOR IN GARMENTS COMPANY WILL GET APPRAISALS ! Apart from this I appreciate couple of TL's who is on agents side... The trainer Rathan is cool dude! Ops Quality sucks apart from tenured once! Manager says we will not keep a single rupee n he will not approve the next level / grid where we get more money for ACHIEVING TARGETS - least bothered man n he will speak as if I haven't asked him About it, don't believe this old man, to be honest!
The biggest comedy is the IJP Rollouts ! People who deserves the position still remains agents n those who don't have the supervisory skills/ability r promoted, no idea on what basis they r selecting!
I couldn't forget their transportation system ... They will arrange cab for u to reach office on state or national bundh n no CAB FOR DROP.!
No Smoking zone lol! U have to walk for 2 km if u want to smoke and u got only two 15 minutes n one 30 minutes break! Just IMAGINE!
There is no TV in cafeteria to watch any kind of emergency news! I forgot to mention that there is no network in cafeteria....
Also, no food available 24 hours! They have sometime slot if u miss it or if the food is over then u should take chats starving!
A faulty vending machine eats ur money n provide nothing! Most of the times it remains empty
Team leaders have what's group n they will ask for the #of sales n y negative survey after u reach home.. Hahaha...

Its been 2 years since i have been associated with Nuance and trust me its a great place to work,
The employee engagement programs are happening well. The flexi working hours and the option to work from home is really helping the employees to focus both on their personal and professional life.
