I ve am a packaging supervisor Vitex for over 5 years and its shocking to see bad comments. Its pharmaceutical manufacturing everyone should expect high standards from employees. Bad attitude and poor performance employees are weeded out very quickly!

Worked for one day only when it was located at Preston s. It was horrible, never worked at any place like this before. Didn t train me and didn t even show me where bathroom and lunch room was.. and then at the end of the day, told me I wasn t suitable for the job.. and I said I should watch what others are doing instead of training me.. didn t show me where to get this or that or put this or that.. and wasn t happy when I asked.

Horrible Company to work for. Staff are overworked and underpaid. Resources are pushed to the max. Company FAILS GMP in MANY aspects and will not pass a TGA inspection. Lack of adequate work space, equipment and people to get the job done. The CEO is abusive and victimizes any one he sees not to his liking. Company has experienced a high turn-over rate in the past 6 months with at least 50 people leaving by the second week of their casual employment here. Definitely not an establishment to trust with for your long term career plans. Plenty other fish out in the sea. Don't waste your time.
