A company is not just made of the assets, liabilit...

A company is not just made of the assets, liability, P&L or Balance sheet etc., it s the people who formed it and work for it. That s been said. A person being GRUMPY AND GROUCHY all the time does not change the net worth of a company. Those people bring a bad name for the organization and for the owners of the company. Most of them are here (GRUMPY and GROUCHY Personalities), glad that I am away from these kind.
- Not a place for a True PROFESSIONAL (Unless he / she have a housing loan debt to pay for the rest of the life ;)

My findings are:
- Over all Employees 8/10
- Management 8/10
- HR Dept. 4/10 (takes credit all the time, no much real work, much Wow here)
- Admin 5/10
- Facilities 2/10
- Salary Regularly Paid(so far) - 9/10
- Increment ratios 0% to 35% (Most takes are for the Buttering boys)
- Grumpy personalities 10+/10
- Grouchy personalities 10+/10
- Transfers: Very Frequent
- Futures : Potential NPA (I Don t Know)
- Career: Downfall within the distance
- Role models : 0/10
- F & F Settlements: 4/10 - They will negotiate with you to do some other free jobs after leaving.
- Henry Fayol failed here
- Dale Carnegie Cried his guts out
- Labor Laws & stuff May god help you.
- Overall outcome: I Ragret .

Ridiculous experience!!!

If you want to spoil your career, then join this dabba company. What was surprising to me was the level of insecurity among all, literally all seniors. They don't share the details with you before giving you menial work. They don't keep you in the loop of email. So you are totally unaware of what is happening in the business.

A very lousy and totally unresponsive HR, when top management is such then what can you expect from HR.
