I have spent 3 years in this company and got good salary and they will give decent salary. As usual every year they give increment not based on the hard work, contribution just they give what ever they decide. The management system is too bad there is no code to follow or implement the employee welfare. Too much politics.

I also work this company very best company. And provide well salary on time.I have find well experience and knowledge but few staff are gambler

Its a mnc company for pipeline industry. Mostly liked for Gail, L&T, and other companies sub contract taken. Oil and gas industry project taken and done here in all over India and Gulf countries. Petroleum plant pipeline designing and executing is done here

Having too much of cold politics between employees. salary wise this company good
