If I needed security I will hire them they're very professional and he would keep me safe

I attended my second soccer game at Swope Soccer Village earlier this month. I was completely baffled and left speechless with the experience my friends and I received at the front gate. We arrived with water bottles, as they were allowed at a previous game (knowing now it was based off the temperatures outside) and were told we needed to throw them away. We simply asked why they weren't allowed at this game as we were able to bring them in before and we were rudely met with the response "I don't know, why are you asking me?" In disbelief of what was actually just said with the attitude behind it we responded "Um...because you work here." Then she said, "Don't ask me, ask them in there (pointing to inside stadium), today's different." When we asked why today was different she just began ignoring us and she continued to mock and laugh about us asking about the water saying things "These people asking me about water, I don't know why, just go inside, etc." Other visitors behind us were shaking their heads as shocked as we were and other employees remained silent. Her attitude completely ruined our experience and has deterred us from wanting to attend any event where NPB is contracted.

I was shocked by the lack of professionalism & display of attitude from your gate/bag check staff at the FC KC Game tonight, from one woman in particular. Answering questions with an attitude, stating "why are you asking me?" & mocking patrons is not helpful or necessary. Why am I asking you? Because you're contracted to work here, ma'am. Rather than responding with an attitude, maybe it would be helpful to direct the patron to someone who might be able to answer the question.

The few other event staff I interacted with were professional, but the initial interaction I had at the gate shaded my entire experience. After this experience, I doubt I'll be attending an event at this venue in the future.

Delightful family atmosphere. I know from experience.
