It was very nice that there was an air purifier in the room. I was able to keep my physical condition well. Thank you very much

Decent room with a small kitchen, though quite dated. Close to the subway station (Tanimachiyonchome Station) and a FamilyMart convenience store.
The hotel is near a train station, the staff is friendly, and the apartment style/family room is very well furnished with plates, utensils, cookware, and appliances. However, the room did have a strong cigarette smell that I was able to eventually ignore.
Lovely staff and big rooms, across the road from a noisy fire station though which could be a problem if you're a light sleeper
Well equipped apartment in Osaka. Great for long stay. Accessible to restaurants, supermarket and tourist attractions
We got a spacious family room for a lot less. The staff, especially the front desk supervisor, was very polite, speaks good English and intuitively greeted & thanked us in Filipino.
good: hospitable staffs, 3-min walking distance subway station, quite surrounding, reasonable price
bad: leftovers in the fridge
Apartments made from renovated apartments
I do not know about price ~~
Originally it was a weekly apartment, so the room is large, there is a kitchen etc and it is good.
However, there is no electricity switch in the room near the bed, and it is a little disappointing that the water circumference is old.
In particular, the room in which I stayed did not stop the water in the bathroom sink, and the sound of water still flowing in the middle of the night, so I was having trouble sleeping at night.
The room with the kitchenette can be opened by yourself, and the relevant equipment is available.
Located near osaka castle and police HQ. Covenient for connectivity.
A big room,cheap, very clean.
about 300 meters to MRT.
(+) Good location. (Osaka Castle, subway station 5 minutes, convenience store) Spacious room. Balcony available. Wireless Internet is fast. Hot water comes out well.
(-) Front closes at 22:00 (card access). Heating is not good. Somewhat higher price
There is no room service on weekends and departure time is 11:00
It seems that a one-room apartment has been turned into a hotel!
Good value for money. The tiny kitchen is practical.
Comfortable hotel, large room, friendly staff, near railway station
Room was large and clean. Heat took some time to turn on. Room was smoked in though we did not know beforehand that it was a smoking room. That was more Hotwire's issue, as the hotel tried to transfer us to a non-smoking room, though they apparently had none available. Overall a decent experience.
The room is larger than the average downtown hotel and is suitable for families to choose from. It is convenient to have a nearby restaurant and super business.
As it is cheap stay, it is just right for consecutive nights.
As room is type to take off shoes, we can relax relaxedly.
Easy to access by metro...
But... in room facility a bit outdated and old
Feels like a apartment converted into a hotel because its VERY spacious and comes with a kitchenette which is awesome!!!! Location is ok, nothing exciting to do in the area, but like all of japan, subways are easily accessible and getting to places is a breeze. One thing to note that there is only one elevator. However, I lived on the 2nd floor so taking the stairs wasn't a problem. Also, there isn't really any room service, but you can exchange your towels at the counter.
We stayed 2 nights at Hotel Mystays in Osaka, travelling with 3 adults and 1 infant (15 months old). The location is very close to the subway, only a few minutes walk, though the subway to ground level is mainly stairs, which can cause an issue for strollers. Our triple standard room is fairly large, including a kitchen and seperate bedrooms (2 beds + 1 bed). Place feels fairly clean, doorways and hallways are very short (doors feel like they're 6 feet tall). There is no housecleaning for a 2 night stay. There are 4 laundry machines and 4 dryers for a small fee on the main floor (200 yen/100 yen).
The apartment hotel is fully equipped for the convenience of a family or a group of friends.
Our room was big but it smelled tobacco so bad! The kitchen was dirty so was the bathroom too. The toilet is like a bar s restroom (it smelled pee).
at least the beds were clean and the staff was nice. I wouldn t come back here.
This one is favorite for my 5nights stay last week..
Spacious rooms and the staff was very warm and accommodating! They explained from the get-go that they don't do cleaning which was more than fine for us and they were very receptive to any of our extra requests. :) We asked for an extra pillow and they were honest and told us they didn't have any extra but they "made" one for us on the spot, which was very kind of them!
We enjoyed our stay as everything in the room was complete! The beds were super comfortable, we had a fridge, a microwave, etc. Vending machines made drinks and water accessible and the nearby convenience stores made it easy to find snacks we could store no problem in the fridge.
We were greeted every morning by smiles even though we got noisy at times, they were always very patient. We spoke very very little Japanese so they instructed us in English and even suggested where we could visit and how to get there! Because of them, we hardly got lost. We're only sad we didn't get to say goodbye the day of our return flight since we left before office hours!
So so happy with our experience here and we hope to come back someday! :)
super close to public transport! great large clean room with fantastic customer service!
Return visitor. Great facility close to subway and Osaka Castle.
Extremely disappointing hotel. They don't offer any kind of housekeeping. Front desk staff isn't very helpful and the overall hotel needs a lot of renovation. Rooms pretty outdated and poorly furnished.
Great Room .
Have kitchen easy access to train transit
It was different from the other same chains. It is fun to have a large kitchen.
Stained carpet, brash overhead lighting, tiny bathroom (like a ship), no in-room instructions for AC (received on request), vacuum cleaner took up space in closet. Room would have been 80% better w a side table and lamp. Front desk clerks all very friendly and helpful. Mantra "you get what you pay for" applies here (I believed the incorrectly high reviews). Would not recommend.
Price, close to the people, comfortable environment
This hotel seems to be a remodeled apartment suite. There is a simple kitchenette, microwave oven and induction cooker and simple pot. After 10 pm, the hotel staff will not use the counter. The door card will be used when entering and leaving. The room size is OK. We booked two single beds and slept two big and one small and it was quite sleepy. It was not too far from the nearby subway. It was very convenient to go to other places, and the room was a little old, so the room price was not Expensive, but the hotel does not have a daily cleaning, just we do not need to organize, so it is acceptable, the next stay will be included in the list of considerations.
It feels like a normal apartment has been renovated, but the feeling of the hotel is thin, but it would be manageable if only staying.
The space is bigger than other hotels, but some of the equipment is old. If you only want to sleep, it is acceptable.
Friendly staff, the entire ground floor is nice, laundry, hot or cold drinks. For the Twin, large room, sofa, table, good bedding, TV, the kitchen area deserves a little leaching. I recommend.
The name of the building is the hotel, which is actually a hotel that has been renovated as an office hotel. So, there are definitely some awkward areas compared to traditional hotels. For example, a bath tub is a typical case. In the case of hot water, you have to turn the boiler directly. I think that if you go over two people, you can pick a caustic rain, but I did not have any special experience other than a good stay. It is safe.
Good hostel type of hotel. Great apartment. But can't allow non family adults of different sexes to stay in an apartment
We got the Japanese room. Really big with a kitchen and all. Really cheap for such a nice room. Near Osaka Castle and subway station. Really feel's like a Japanese house so really recommend especially for big groups and long stays to really experience the Japanese culture. However no daily housekeeping service provided so may not be everyone's preference.
There is no need to stay for a long time. The degree of fulfillment in the kitchen is not good.
Please note that this is not a regular city hotel.
It was very large and it looked like an apartment
It was room 403, but it was 40m2
We booked a non-smoking room with a bathroom. The bed is quite small but this is normal here. The bathroom is not dirty but it all looks very much used. Staff speaks little english but smiling, pointing and bowing helps out!
This hotel has been renovated apartment. I stayed here because there was a kitchen and I was with children
Spacious and comfortable room with kitchenette, very comfortable
Convenient location, good equipment and reasonable price
Good space, clean facilities, free WiFi .location isn't very good, no regular cleaning of the room
Hotel with kitchen, no cleaning service, reasonable price and convenient transportation
The hotel with the biggest room we have found in Japan. Nice clean and with a kitchenette in case you want to prepare something to eat. The bathroom is a little small compared to the room, but still acceptable. Room overlooking the street, but without having the slightest annoyance, so excellent soundproofing. Great location not far from the media and the osaka castle.
Type that converted apartment to business hotel. Although it was a twin room, the room is large and clean. There is a front door, take off your shoes and go up to the carpet. I feel good here. It seems to be a little old, but the old unit bus is the biggest weakness. Each room has air conditioning for general use. There is also a kettle in each room, so if you set the temperature yourself, you can shower just by twisting the tap. There is a veranda because it is an apartment, but soundproofing is not good. The front desk was not 24H and was closed at 23:00. Call by intercom or enter after check-in. A rice cooker, IH stove, pot, frying pan, and a little tableware. Condominium feeling. There is no seasoning. There is also a refrigerator and a microwave. The biggest problem is that the TV is small and only terrestrial waves can enter. You may not see BS
The facility looks old, but it's a former condominium, so I'm happy that it can be used widely.
You may be surprised at the gap if you make a reservation with a wide and rich image around the two affiliated hotels in front of Kanazawa Station.
There is only one elevator and I think it is better to use the stairs on the lower floor when crowded.
I used twins in singles, but single bets are really narrow and wake up when I turn over and are about to fall.
You can just stay quiet near the park.
The room is large with reasonable price, which is not so common among Japanese hotel. All rooms have a mini kitchen, microwave and refrigerator. The building is kind of old so some amenities seems to be outdated. But generally they are very clean. The location is great as well. Easy access to subway station (within 3 minutes walk) and several restaurants. Around the building there are 2 FamilyMart. I strongly recommed this hotel to everyone.
I came for two days booking online. The rooms were dirty and very neglected. With stains on the wall, and the comforter had some broken. I do not recommend it. According to the receptionist, they did not have non-smoking rooms.
The advantage is
1. The room is very large and the kitchen is fully equipped.
2. The bathroom is separate. There is a bathtub that is not too small. The amount of hot and cold water is very large. It is not necessary to wait for a long time to fill the bathtub. If you buy hot spring powder in the drug store, you can take a pseudo-hot spring bath after you come back.
3. The price is cheap in terms of location, space and equipment. It is not far from the exit of the subway station. It takes 5 minutes to walk slowly.
4. The service staff is very good.
5. After 10 pm, due to the rest of the counter staff, the hotel door is closed, you must use the room magnetic card to open, I feel that there is a feeling of going home.
The disadvantage is
1. During the housing period, it will not help you clean the garbage. The garbage should be taken to the downstairs place.
2. There is no washing machine in the room. I have to go downstairs to the laundry room. It is very late to play back. It has physical strength to wait for it to elute for 2 or 3 hours, which is very inconvenient. This is not like an apartment hotel.
to sum up
It s a good hotel with a high C/P value. Big push! I will want to live here next time I come to Kansai.
Very nice and comfortable hotel. Near train station and subway. Too bad the cleaning of the room is not good, we found several hairs in the bathroom.
It was inconvenient because there was only one elevator and it was inconvenient due to a bad closing of the bath faucet, but the reception was good and I was able to stay comfortably.
Spacious japanese apartment for fsmily on a low budget!
Great room at extremely affordable prices . Let my pictures do the justice . Easy to walk to Osaka castle and there are two stations nearby . One is nearer and one is further . The nearer one is less convenient in terms of train lines though .
The room is fully functional, with microwave, electric cooker, induction cooker, and the bed is small
Very good place if you are traveling with a lot of people (6-8)
The room was large and satisfying as compared to a typical business hotel. However, I was very worried about the smell of mold and smell of the room. It looks beautiful, though. I think people who do not care about that are good.
I am staying here at the moment, but I don t want to recommend this hotel you guys. This hotel might be convenient for heavy smokers because it smells smoking so strong every room indeed. I ve got to know this reality because I got a chance to glance to some other rooms.
So, I have to open the windows to get a refreshing air even though someone can look into my room.
And staff members of this hotel maybe do not know the smell.
You should be denied if you ask to change to other room because of the sticky smell.
And you could be blamed of the request. Some Japanese staff members would laugh at you in Japsnese language.
This is the reality of this poor accommodation right now.
The price and quality are consistent, there is an elevator, a washing machine, the rooms are clean. There are rooms for smokers.
2 single beds
The bed is so good
Microwave oven with electric cooker
Breakfast can be bought at the convenience store for microwave
The only fly in the ointment is
The faucet is difficult to lock
I have to change the towel with the counter for more days.
Very good quality price, clean room, complete and spacious but a bit dated.
It is an old apartment hotel. My hair is falling a bit. Maybe I am repairing an 80's apartment. The bath is also 2 valves.
Spacious and well-equipped, with a washing machine on the first floor
There are Osaka Castle, a convenience store, a restaurant, etc. nearby, and the location is good near the station.
There was a kitchen and a table, too, and it was a beautiful room like an ordinary apartment.
The room is a bit old, but the space is large and tidy.
Counter service is not hot or cold
Old room
The double bed can't stand after lying with two adults.
Also can't have more than one quilt...
Very close to Tanimachi-Yonchomae Station. (About 5 minutes away?)
The hotel is a little timed out.
If you are looking for a more spacious place for the price and traveled with your family,
It can be a good choice. (If you choose a spacious room~)
The basics of Japanese hotels are. Clean and very friendly staff.
I clean it every day and don t change towels,
First of all, it s a little less troublesome for someone to come into the room every day,
Towels are replaced immediately after going to the front desk, so there is no inconvenience. There is a kitchen in the room for breakfast, so you can eat hammock, and there is a good restaurant nearby so you can eat it easily.
If you are looking for hotel breakfast, luxurious interiors and daily cleaning,
Not recommended. Depending on your taste, it can be a good choice.
Huge rooms. Very friendly staff, has a stove , microwave and a fridge.
