My stay in Novotel Dubai Deira City Centre was amazing. The staff was incredibly helpful. The rooms were very very clean. The food was sooo delicious. It has perfect location - the metro station is in 3 minutes on foot, the supermarket in across the street.You won t be wrong if you choose it for your stay in Dubai. I strongly recommend it!!!

Our 2nd stay at this wonderful hotel, made so special by the lovely staff who are very attentive and professional. It's a great hotel for families as there is something for everyone - lovely swimming pool, fab gym, beautiful gardens and awesome food and drink! Rooms were very comfortable and clean & tidy :). Special mentions to Moiz Fadnis who helped us for a dessert tour and get a great deal for waterpark guided us well & thanks for the amazing service during breakfast and dinner - we'll definitely be back!

If you're tired of the fancy and over hyped bars across Dubai, the vertigo at Novotel DCC is one that should not be left out. The friendly bartender Nidhin was on his toes with all the customers around, but it never did let him lose focus on the service quality. From the new procedures of welcoming guests with temperature checks to customising the food items on menu according to our preferences, was all done with a smile. It was surprising to see his unwavering energy to satisfy everyone late through the night. Kudos to him to make us happy through this difficult time.

Comfortable and spacious room. The staff at reception were helpful. The food was good. We had breakfast here on all the days and the spread was great. Many varieties to keep all the nationalities occupied and filled with food.

I have been to Novotel so many times, specially at the Vertigo bar, And I always love to sit in the tables near to the bar counter & i love Nithin to make my drinks always, he is very friendly and he takes good care of me and my friends , its amazing how he always smiles no matter what, he also jokes around with us like we do with him , highly recommend to visit him and the place!

Sure I'll give this place 5 star rating because it deserves it. As I stepped out of my room this morning I noticed the large touch screen interactive electronic board where you can check everything from weather to flights schedules, hotels, city centers, museums and everything you need to know about the city. With the embedded Google map it's very easy to even check distances from this Novotel hotel. For me this's the most spectacular thing I love here!

Got an exceptional (the very best) customer service and care during my stay, especially from the front desk team; Belise, Marla, Olu, Junkeer and their manager Mr Tanveer.
I encountered some problems with my personal computer and this team made my work so easy that it felt like we were a team.
The young man supervising the Dining area Mr Burgav is just out of this world welcoming... (deserves a medal)
Housekeeping also is the best and always on point and doing a stunning job matters cleanliness.

Definitely recommending all my company staff to stay here during our business trips in Dubai.

#NOVOTELDCC - ALLDAY - EVERYDAY

This is very good hotel and I think it is ranked 3 star hotel in Dubai. This is situated in Deira City Centre and just 5 to 10 mins drive from Dubai International Airport.
When I stayed there the view of room was very awesome and from my room you may have a clear view of pool and greenery outside of the windows.
Hotel is providing all the services but the laundry service of hotel is very slow which needs to be fast as they provide you back the cloths in 24 hours which is far behind of other good hotels in the city.

Novotel is just across the road from Deira city centre. It is a happening place in Dubai with lot of shops and eateries. The staff was so helpful to give us an early check in at 10 am. While the normal check in s were at 2 pm. I had booked for a single room and requested for a view to the city centre, which they gave.

The room was quite comfortable and well maintained. (As usual for any Dubai hotels). The bathroom had two separate bath area and toilet area. Which was really good ( and unique compared to other hotels). Had a bath tub.

The lobby had a a small eatery which serves you sandwiches as early as 5 am. Quite convenient for someone who want to catch an early morning flight. Check out was also hassle free. Hotel got a metro at an walkable distance, near to Deira city centre main entrance.

The place was ok, decent breakfast buffet and clean facilities.
Their room service was acceptable tried their burgers, margarita pizza and club sandwich.
My problem was with their cleaning services, I come to the room and find the foos trays still their after supposedly cleaned the room and didn t get rid of empty water bottles.
Once I came to the room found it cleaned went to bed, left the blanket and found a food stain I have left the night before, they just flipped the blanket upside down! Made me feel really uncomfortable wondering what else didn t they actually clean!
The next day I was leaving but needed an extension and they offered a free half day extension as a compensation for the cleaning incident.
Can be good for short business trips.

The Hotel is close to the Airport and easy to find. The Hotel ambiance was Classy and the staffs are so friendly and welcoming. The room has an extraordinary atmosphere with a beautiful view (appreciating this service) and the room is always filled with neat and clean service by the Housekeeping Team. Very good and neat service, from checking into all essentials are available in the room & bathroom to attending every need of the guest To mention with: Junkeer- , all did a Good Job. Had a good workout in Gym and cool down in the swimming pool with neat service The Lounge is neat and safe to spend some time casually. The reception staff assistance was helpful during the stay. At the hotel entrance every time they warmly welcome the guest also taking a friendly temperature check. Overall the Hotel gives a Great stay experience and Good Housekeeping Services. NOTE: COVID GUIDELINES WERE FOLLOWED WELL. I FELT SAFE TO STAY.

Novotel Deira Dubai is a very good hotel. Very clean, spacious rooms. Location of hotel is very good. Sfety and health measures about Covid19 are adopted carefully. Food is very good.The staff at the front office reception provide excellent and quick service. They are helpfull, pleasant, professional.

Hotel with unclear priorities.

From the outside and inside everything looks like a good hotel for business purposes.
Right across the Deira City centre mall.

Front desk staff looks tired, but they're doing their best to serve.

Concierge, very nice and helpfull.

Housekeeping, can do better.
They overlooked to restock the toilet paper.
They didn't replace the sheets when it was stained after 2 nights.

F&B breakfast staff needs more training in hospitality. A little smile would make such a difference. They way they clean out the plates is like a war is starting.
Found blond hair in scrambled eggs at the buffet. And they didn't replaced the whole tray of scrambled eggs.

Maybe all can be sorted out with more training. Because it doesn't look the staff is unwilling. Perhaps the workload is too much for the staffs capacity.

Not a bad hotel. With all improvements done, it could be a 3 star rating.
Just because the hotel is located at a busy main street. And crossing towards the mall is a bit of a challenge.

Scan if any fever at Intrance door, ware mask inside, breakfast service at table.no plug at bed . the minimum of product in the bathroom ... no cotton swabs or conditioner . 2 bottles of water are offered .
