Novotel Cairo Airport Review

The pool is clean, the atmosphere is great, the service is excellent and the views are charming

Nothing great, rooms were not up to the mark and very dull.

reception hospitality very poor not helpful and she don't say any information about the hotel activity , Resturant kind opening hour she say nothing accept the room number even the direction for room was totally wrong the positive thing the room was clean because it's new building but the room no views but having some design defective such the shower door leaking water

It was comfortable. I couldn't get to charge my phone though. The have a different and of wall socket different from the one I generally use.

I didn't belive this hotel belongs to Novotel ..... rooms are filthy, buffet is a 1 srar hotel buffet, no varaiaties, food is cold, bread is old, service is worse!!!!

Breakfast very good. Shuttle service from airport to hotel needs improvement. Rooms need refurbishing. Some lights not working. Good if you are transitting through Cairo.

"Hello everyone " i would like to share about food from novotel. I was stayed 14 day here at the novotel. Food from novotel hotel is really really nice and yummy. There were you can have asian food, europen food, and local food. All of these food is really really yummy .And also customer service is so good and staff are so polite. I recommand to u guy when u arrive to cairo visit there atleast one time.

Rooms are somewhat worn out, but are clean and the location next to the airport is convenient.
