Novotel Cairo Airport Review

Nice and very clean hotel with nice reception staff

Very nice hotel next to the tennis academy where we spent a week during the international junior tournament. Unfortunately, the pool at that time was under renovation and we could not use the full service. The hotel is connected to the airport by its own shuttle bus, which runs every half hour. Ten minutes walk there is a large supermarket.

Stayed here for one night, on an Egypt Air long layover. I don't really expect the best in such circumstances, so the hotel passed the mark, having significantly, most of the facilities and services of a standard hotel of its rank. But, I believe its an older hotel, compared to the alternative the airline offered me on my departure trip. Nevertheless, I give it 3 stars.

Organized couple of events there. Staff are extremly friendly and supportive. providing immediate support when needed. Food was okay and the venue itself was reasonable.

Hotel is good with nice ambience. Rooms are not upto the standard with very old electrical fittings. You cannot charge your Mobile if have US or indian sockets

Nice outdoors, mediocre food, and this combination of the foot-and-mouth mold smell that exists in the rooms with nothing to get used to. Other on Egypt are from the Good Hotels.

Nice place and friendly staff. Easy check in and out. Free shuttle bus to the airport. overall it was a nice atmosphere

Seems that remaining at the top is still hard for many! I can't understand why such a beautiful place as the Airport Novotel would drop in its exacting standards after being one of the best places to stay in the airport perimeter. It's still good though! But it has lost much of its grandeur and shine... The entrance and hallway are under reconstruction, ruining the first impression. This has been going on for too long!

Services are very very poor. Not worth the money. Meals are average and pathetic services. Housekeeping services has lazy staff. Did not expect such poor level of treatment. Hotel infrastrcture good. Ambience is also good. But due to such bad services hotel is spoiling its name. They do not even take feedback from customers also. Unimaginable.

The staff at the Novotel were very welcoming and helpful, including providing us with an early check in. Soliman was very professional with his service and Mostafa cooked amazing food. Would happily stay here again.

This hotel is very noisy! The rooms are not well ventilated or soundproofed. I've been there 3 times and all 3 times the a/c was not working. The food in the restaurant is not expensive, but nothing special. The wifi does not work all the time. Other than that is ok.

They gave me a room, and when I opened the door I came across a man who was not happier than me ...

They have a crystal noodles and asian food which is great

The hotel is really beautiful, and its services are excellent. Thanks to the staff inside the hotel and special thanks to the reception staff, especially Professor Kyrollos Mamdouh and Professor Muhammad Mustafa for their dealings and smiles with customers and the most efficient hotel staff

This hotel is absolutely great, perfectly located and excellent value for its very reasonable price. Definitely we be back again

The distance to the airport is very cheap. But unfortunately the rooms vary a lot. The hair salon in the hotel required for what is offered outrageous prices and the cleanliness of the salon and the room is far below what you expect at 4 stars
