the craftsman who asked them contacted the company NOVOFERM, who did not deign to send someone to see the problem.
and we had the simple answer that we had not respected the DTU for the installation of the doors.
A non-existent after-sales service.
If by chance the after-sales service wishes to contact me, I am at their entire disposal.
I do not recommend this brand.
a French company over 50 years old, I would have thought I could trust them, but no.

No one to run away from any after-sales service everyone returns the ball we can not have any technical service for individuals I do not recommend buying novoferm the after-sales service is 0! I find it lamentable in 2021 novoferm in your place I would be ashamed! I have a problem with a roller garage door and nobody is able to inform me about this problem, the booklet supplied with it is frankly null in terms of explanations we find more information on the internet than in their booklet provided to be avoided compared to value for money I do not recommend buying novoferm

Following the answer of Novoferm I give more detail, the door arrived with 2 defects of paint, torn metal parts, it was missing all the system of closure, it is what Novoferm calls a quality of manufacture. to this, it took 2 months for me to end up receiving the missing parts after several call and mail from the dealer and from me and the only commercial gesture that is offered to me is 4% discount ... I'll be glad if the person who responds to the Google reviews takes the time to contact me he will find all my contact information in my file with the customer service
