I had high hopes based on initial interactions, but the service experienced did not meet expectations. Communication was inconsistent, and timelines were not adhered to, leading to frustration. The end product was also lacking in quality, and it seemed that attention to detail was missing. Overall, it felt like there was a disconnect between promises made and the execution provided.
