When we were looking for new insurance due to State Farm not wanting to renew our business insurance; Novak Insurance Company went out of there way to assist us in getting new insurance with comparable company to work.
Novak Insurance is always courteous and easy to work with. They are very helpful and answer any and all questions we have.
I would highly recommend Novak Insurance to anyone looking for personal and/or business insurance

Ira (I believe that was his name) couldn t be more rude or unappreciative of your business. Arrogance doesn t begin to describe what has become of Novak Insurance. Fast and efficient. When we bought our house our realtor recommended Novak and in a few phone calls we switched and with this partner we saved a lot with a better coverage on the cars at the same time. Very responsive when needed.

I recently made a claim (my first for my house) after storm damage resulted in several tiles being blown off my roof. My claim was dealt with very promptly and I'm expecting to have a new roof installed within the next month. I'm extremely pleased with the prompt and courteous service that I have received.
