BEWARE! The sales and tech people are nice but don't be fooled. The service is BAD. Once they get you in a lease, they just don't care. Anytime my printer is down I have to wait days and weeks for parts. As a small business, I can't afford for it to be down. They are so cheap they won't put the needed parts on the service trucks, so any time something needs replaced I have to wait for the parts to come in. I've been waiting for over a month now to get the parts to make the front and back align.
