I didn't like the interior..esp. the bathroom.. it was a mini bathroom.. apart from that food was delicious.. quantity n quality both were too good .. Friendly staff.. quick service..

Room are Ok. No WiFi. Service is to be increased. Over all OKAY.

Very shady hotel. Do not fall the online pictures or price . Walls had spit , pillows and sheets very smelly . Bathroom very poorly maintained.
We checked out within 20 min. Worst part , the guy at the reception did not bother to even ask what was concern

Food is good & tasty. Staff is friendly.
Ambiance is good. Have been there many times, but one time I had specific complaint on the food and chef apologized personally for his negligence.

This is not a well maintained hotel, but we get some good food.

Worst experience with Nova pride. Booked bulk rooms for marriage but they asked for ID Proof of all the guests. A lady who sits in front reception is worst. She argues blindly.
Each one gives different answers and again they ask for excuse saying the person is a trainee and ignore his words.

Hotel looking posh. Dinner items are exhausted even I went at 2.15 p.m. for one function. Food items are not tasty. Hence I do not recommend this hotel.

We have done half saree function on 12 Dec your banquet manger divya performance was very well and way of receiving us and arranged very well food and service....so please keep it up for this level maintains...

The ambience is OK. The service is poor. The menu is regular. The taste is average. We ordered chilly paneer and veg noodles. Paneer was not fresh, noodles were better but not upto the mark. The waiters need to be trained better. They do not have much knowledge about the menu. Whenever we asked questions they ran inside the kitchen to confirm. Need to address these issues or else it will be difficult to sustain.
