NOVA Pride Review

I liked the nonveg chopsuey, ambience, serving, staff very much. But I didn't like the Biryani taste it is just average.

Very Pleasant Environment, Tasty food, medium price range. Excellent service, all together very good hotel. I will recommend to my friends. The Interiors, reception are very unique and boutique style..

Rooms and services were good. Food not many choices and taste not good.

The food is not that good as heard. The chicken which i ordered was too deep fried and the chicken in biryani was not cooked. Moreover i can eat complete biryani usually whereas i could not even eat half here. The service is just ok....

This hotel is nothing more than a banquet hall with attatched rooms. The rooms are not comfortable and restaurant service is extremely slow. Never coming here again.

Good place to visit with your family for dinners.Hotel doesn't serve food after 11 PM.

The worst experience ever. What they advertised is not at all what you get. Even small townships have a better hotel then this. Small rooms, tv is for show purpose only. The bathroom doesn t have a mirror. Using septic tank water in commode and the flush is a button stop like in ancient trains. The service is very slow, need to call 3 to 4 times before they remember to send anything. The food is average. The only reason we stayed was because we paid in advance and they refused refund. If I could I would not give a star marking at all. I would not recommend nor come to this place again.

Not so bad, you can call it as luxurious as they advertise but better then most of the other hotels in vanasthalipuram for a short stay place is good

Attended a private function there the other day in the banquet hall. Nice place, but not maintained well. Lights in the wash rooms were not working and on complaining they were repaired almost after a couple of hours. Food served was of good quality and delicious. Adequate valet parking available.

Very very Good VERY VERY highgenic GOOD rich look central ac good spacious entertainment and breaking news with good tv and newspaper AND land phone. Higenic attached bathroom and toilet good finishing WITH walcare and pop cealing. GOOD AND higenic cats. Blankets. Matracis. Good AND higenic flooring with tails. Very very Good and fire resistance electricity wiring and switch boards. Very very Good GOOD customer service. Their employees talking with customer's responsibility and VERY very POLITELY. Their dresses VERY VERY rich. They responses immediately with customer's.

Nice experience and maintenance is very nice, we can celebrate Small parties and function at this venue

BAD! Not worth the money. Poor service, small room.
