I would give zero stars if I could. We bought our daughter a wooden push wagon. The product was good, but it came packed in a big 24x24x20" box literally full of polysterene packing peanuts (i.e. not biodegradable, the kind that the modern biodegradable ones were invented to replace) packing. Minus the volume of the product itself, that's about 48 gallons of peanuts. Why do they think this is acceptable to customers looking for this kind of product? Part of the point is spewing less one-use plastic trash into the world. Dense, crass, wasteful, pathetic, frustrating. We will never buy from this company again.

My wife ordered a doll in early December and it said it would be here in 5-10 days. It is now Jan.1st and it has not arrived. Our poor daughter didn't get her Christmas gift yet. We emailed the company repetitively and have not received a reply yet.

great customer service and overall love the products!

I had ordered a doll in Nov. 2017 and it shipped timely and I loved it. So, on Dec 10 I ordered the moon bed (by the way is amazing and very well made) for my granddaughter as well with the order confirmation that I would receive this before Christmas. On Dec 18 and 21, I checked to see if it had shipped but it hadn't. I called back on the 21st and said this was really important because it was from the red suited guy with the sled... AMAZINGLY THANK YOU NOVA TOYS, the bed arrived Dec 23. Not only are your toys amazing so are you!

Absolutely amazing service. They have great products as well as great people handling them.
