Nourish Health Foods Dublin Review

Waited outside today due to Covid-19 restrictions of "Only 2 people allowed". This was fine, until I spotted 3 people inside, one teenage boy, a woman and an older man. All shopping separately. A blond guy working there was laughing and joking on his phone, all whilst blocking the aisle that people coming in had to go down through. Another woman was stocking shelves brushing past everyone and not keeping restrictions, she also kept pestering me asking did I need anything, even though I had already told her I was fine. There was a woman on the check-out filling out forums, looked like stock forums to me. Surely people in retail are trained in organization and customer service? Compared to other Nourish stores this one has little stock, so I ended up not buying anything. I will not be back.

I wish to thank Sarah and Jordan for the expert advice they gave me. A colleague in work sought advice from me in relation to irritable bowel syndrome. I immediately thought of the staff in Nourish. I explained the situation to Sarah. She asked a colleague to take over from her so as she could give me more attention. Sarah wrote down suggestions. She consulted with her colleague Jordan. I was grateful for the advice and was delighted I could help my colleague in work. Sarah and Jordan are brilliant staff. I always look forward to meeting them in store.
