Poor customer service - Our shipments were constantly being shipped to the wrong address. When attempting to resolve the issue, customer service got an attitude and our issue which we believed was corrected was not. Our recent order was shipped to the wrong address again and we lost about $200 in supplies with no resolution as of today. We were charged and never received the supplies.
