went down to price some machine burning. the old woman in the office was arrogant has hell. combine that with their $500.00 minimum.. its going to be a long time before they see my money. used to be decent people to deal with.

Great customer service at the counter, very helpful with my small railing project. I was sceptical about going to such a large company with my minor project but I was able to get everything I needed cut, punched and picked up in a week. Will definitely return with future projects.

I know nothing of the retail side. As far as delivering there. Bring a large bag of patience! Always slow, it takes more than double the time it should to unload. I always sit for a minimum of 30 minutes once they open for deliveries. Before an employee even comes out. My least favorite place to deliver.

This place is not in a hurry to help you or their own business.
If a company don't have a product in stock at least ask if the customer want to special order it.
Business is about customers not the employees who's working there.
I will never give my money to this company,and will tell my business partners to stay away.

The third generation of this company are ignorant and have no real life experience. The only thing bigger than their arrogance is their lack of skill. Horrible company to deal with on all levels.

Prepare for long waits and poor service I typicly wait over an hour for a small order to be pulled 2 to 10 pcs always plan to add 1 to 2 hrs to your day if you will call here

They had everything I needed at competitive prices . Dont plan on being in a hurry when you get there though . I was happy to get everything in one trip .
