Best security company to work for. Great pay, great management and the owner really does care more about the employees than anything else. I've personally worked a shift with him and he deserves the utmost respect. this is the first job that I will truly miss. I definitely recommend as a top choice company to work for. Would return in a heartbeat.

Easy to maneuver through their website.The three stars would be based on the fact that there is no direct deposit for employees Payday is every two selected days of each month, BUT you get your paycheck TWO DAYS after the expected pay date. That's unfortunate and will cause many to advance their paychecks slow traffic on that part.

management is horrendous. they are all ex military who hire civilians and treat them like they were treated in boot camp. they have no regard for your home or personal life, and I recognize several upper management names on google reviews giving 5 stars and reviewing their own company as if they were customers. its pathetic. they also have a reputation of not allowing muslim employees to take their prayer breaks. everything about this company is wrong

Good folks. Knowledgeable and experienced neighbors. Its an absolute shame the Jefferson County Commissioners allowed and even aided the 'Tarboo Ridge Coalition' in a county wide ordinance soley because of the CEO of SSNW is in the Security and firearms business. That act was and still is a trite and crule act of hate by the 'mean girls' against the owners here. It was the largest scale bulling case ive ever heard of. Keep on, keeping on!
