I just had my first baby at Willow Creek and the nurses made my experience so incredible. They were kind and encouraging and helpful. They answered any and all questions I had and made me feel relaxed and ready to have a baby! Every time there was a shift change, the next nurse was just as helpful! I was so impressed and grateful. Jessica was the first nurse I had when I was admitted and was so kind and helpful. Emma was the nurse I had when I actually gave birth and made me feel so at ease and encouraged. Special shout out to them!

my best friend had her baby here and had a horrible experience. she was in severe pain her entire stay there and no one bothered to help her or take her seriously. this hospital does not treat its patients well and I don't understand how they have such a high star rating. the staff needs to do better about taking their patients pain seriously and helping them more.

Everyone did so amazing with my boyfriend's surgery!! They made sure we both were 100% aware of what was happening and answered our relentless questions. Staff (nurses, anesthesiologists, Dr Kalamis, everyone) was all so friendly and helpful and made this such an easy and stress free experience. Thank you!!

Normally my experience at this hospital is very nice . Usually all the staff are excellent. I ve never had a single problem with my OBGYN my entire pregnancy was amazing because of them . But this past week I ended up needing emergency surgery and the staff was absolutely horrible . Only one of the staff member towards the end of my stay was nice to me and treated me excellent. This happened on 07/24/2021. I was left in a room alone for hours . I kept asking for a drink the nurse told me she d bring me one and never did . I had blood all over me the entire stay and asked for a wipe to clean myself and none of the staff members helped me . The nice nurse at the end of my stay had to help me with getting a drink and cleaning myself up . I was also left with no pants on . Just a blanket to cover myself up with which was super embarrassing. This experience ruined my opinion on this hospital

I recently had a hysterectomy performed at Willow Creek Women's Hospital. The surgical staff were all amazing, process was streamlined and information was generously shared throughout the entire process. My husband and I were very at ease. I would highly recommend Dr. Reiter for all your OB/Gyn needs as well as Willow Creek Women's Hospital and their wonderful staff! Thank you for outstanding care.

Had my second here at the beginning of August, and I can't recommend this hospital enough! With my oldest, I had a traumatic birth at another hospital and decided to switch to Samantha at Creekside as my physician to deliver at Willow Creek for this baby.

My plan was to use the low intervention suite, but baby had other plans that required induction. I was terrified at the idea of induction due to the experience I had last time, but Samantha assured me it would be much better.

The nurses were very personable, everybody respected my wishes and clearly communicated with the next nurse on shift change. I saw Samantha quite a few times throughout the day to check on me, and each time when she wanted to check me or try something she would clearly ask for consent before doing so. Her and the nurses were very helpful and encouraging the whole way through, offering me things they thought would help me and cheering me on through pushing.

I had a complicated delivery which resulted in some very sudden intervention without time to explain much, but Samantha was sure to come back once we got settled and make sure I understood why she had to do what she did so suddenly. I much appreciated the compassion and communication from all the staff, and would recommend this hospital to any woman
