The whole team at Northwest medical has been great. I spent 5 days in their ICU after a heart surgery. All my ICU nurses were exceptionally good. They truly cared and were very, very good. I would like to see them now and tell each one thank you so very much. I was blessed to find myself in their care
Having gone to Mercy in Rogers one too many times... never again. Northwest I great but Springdale... maybe because they admitted me vs ER... had the nicest doctors and nurses who genuinely seem to care.
The care I received on the Bariatric Care Unit was phenomenal. The Nurses in addition to being highly competent are kind and compassionate. I was checked in on regularly, the ongoing communication between staff was another noticeable strength. I highly recommend care at NW Med Ctr. Springdale
It was the best possible experience given the circumstances. I was treated with great care. The staff was all concerned and very attentive. I have never been to a hospital like this.. my stay was definitely stress free which makes the healing process so much better. Thank you!!!
This was the first time I have experienced the Emergency Room at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale. The staff was wonderful! From the moment I walked into the Emergency Room I was met with caring concern and professionalism. Everyone I had contact with introduced themselves and updated me on what was occurring and what they were planning to do. Dr. Ball was empathic and explained what they thought was occurring and the test they had planned. Later, he explained the results and next steps. Everyone always asked if I had any additional question or concerns. I appreciate the wonderful care! Thank you!,
Best ER in NWA. Our family always chooses to go to Northwest Springdale because they get us right in and treat us professionally and give the best care. We are grateful for such amazing doctors and nurses at Springdale ED. Thank you so much for caring for us. Highly Recommend 5+ Stars.
Nurses and doctors were super nice. Always answered any questions. Sometimes rushed to go in and out of the room. But everyone was always super sweet.
I recently had a few visits, procedures and tests with the radiology department on the Springdale campus. I had the best experience in a bad situation! Hailey, Sam and Dr Ritsche were life savers for me. They all had the best bedside manner I've ever experienced. They made me feel so comfortable in a stressful situation.
The doctors, pa,and some techs were really rude, I have a muscle disorder and they took my muscle relaxers away, they made us stay in our room for most of the 12 days I was there, they called me a liar pretty much,I just dont like it there at all!
But a shout out to clyde, he was awesome, he's a tech there!
