The warehouse staff at Northwest Distribution are completely incompetent. How do you justify taking 6 hours to load 18 pallets?
Trust me, save yourself a headache and your money and just avoid doing any kind of business with this company.
We have worked with NW for many years and will continue to work with them because of their great service. They are always easy to get ahold of and help with last minute needs. It also helps that everyone we communicate with is pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly. Keep up the good work!! And thanks for everything you do.
I m a carrier and have been working with Jeff and his team over 5 years now and never had any issues with claim damage or delays on loading. We always show up after noon, shipments are always ready and loading is under 1 hour. Those who say otherwise are shouting for no reason and show up with out appt or NWDS being aware of their arrival. Then it takes time prep like any other company whose not expecting your arrival.
Absolutely wonderful staff and quick in unloading. I was treated with respect while delivering wine to NW Distribution. Looking forward to doing business with NW Distribution in future.
The first time we used NW Dist. the wine was delivered frozen solid so we had
to reorder and wait another 10 days for the product. This time I called and
emailed the pick up to Jason, this was on 7/23 and was assured that we would
have our product within 8-10 business days. I called several times and it was
not until August 19 was I told that the wine was still sitting on NWD's dock.
After several more phone calls I was told that they hadn't been able to find anyone
to bring the wine to Texas. Finally, on August 22 Kool Pack picked up the wine from
NWD's dock and it was delivered to our warehouse on 8/28. Now I have received a bill
for $520.52 for 36 cases of wine. I feel that since I received Half-_ss service I should
only pay 1/2 of the bill if anything.
Toooooo long waiting to get loaded and with ELD.. not efficent Company holds trucks for long times. Employees are rude
The did a great job accommodating hauling multiple truckloads for us. Driver was prompt and helpful!
