We worked with Kartik as the salesperson. He was very responsive to all questions before the start of the project. If any concerns or questions arose throughout the breadth of work which were extremely minimal they were addressed by the installers immediately.

We completed a lot of research as we tried to decide between several different door designs that we liked and whether to replace with solid wood or fiberglass. We went on walks around upscale subdivisions to look at doors on other houses and got quotes from many different door companies.
Our next door neighbours replaced their entry door about 5 years ago and recommended Thermoluxe to us. Also, of the 15 quotes we gathered, Thermoluxe offered the best value. For instance, another supplier quoted a multi-point lock as a $1,900 extra while Thermoluxe included this is their quote. It is really nice to have this security feature and the satisfying ker-chunk sound every time we close the door. We also liked that their doors are locally manufactured.
Before this, we had a patio door replaced by a different supplier and it took forever. In comparison, Thermoluxe measured its delivery date in weeks rather than months. Service was excellent. They immediately responded to emails no matter day or time sent. The front door and sidelights are beautiful and installation was flawless.
We highly recommend this company.
These were the remaining windows in my house. I gave Northview windows a try two years ago and they delivered. Now I had no hesitation to call the same company to finish the remaining windows. Different salesperson, same product knowledge. I did get the same installer though. Great job guys.

The door I purchased is amazing. It is by far the best looking door on my street. Install service was detailed and professional. The door itself looks like a piece of art, and the quality is amazing. Excellent value for the fine craftsmanship provided. I would highly recommend.
We just [ April 4, 2019. ] had four windows installed by Northview and the whole job was just wonderful. The crew was excellent, and exactly on time, and total clean up upon completion. The Sales staff and those in the office just great people to work with as well. Pricing exactly on budget.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!
WE HAD A WINDOW INSTALLATION DONE. OUR SHUTTERS NO LONGER FIT, NONE OF THIS WAS EXPLAINED TO US. WE MENTIONED OUR SHUTTERS WHILE MEASUREMENTS WERE MADE. PRIOR TO THIS, WE FOUND IT VERY DIFFICULT TO GET A HOLD OF THEM. CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES AND UNABLE TO GET A HOLD OF THEM WITH NO CALL BACK.
I highly recommend Northview. Great place to shop high-end doors.
