Northstar ems Review

These paramedics saved my husband's life. I'll never forget them or their kindness.

Very SLOW and un-Professional
for the Most part.
Very much in need of an alternate
Company for Tuscaloosa & Pickens County for starters.
If you need assistance, You may want to call a neighbor.
It would be faster.

The ambulance ride and EMTs were fine, but after two calls with questions about my bill (because they charged me incorrectly), the supervisor still hasn't returned my phone call. It is unprofessional and rude.

Normally, My Experiences with "Northstar" have been handled Professionally and The P-medics and EMT's have been Kind, Considerate, Understanding and They ALL seem to have been Well-Trained. I would know This because I was A Professional More

You have a man working for you, I believe his name is David Harrelson, or something similar. He was a wonderful comfort to me when I needed it so when my husband fell and hit his head and had to be transported. He went out of his way to be kind to me. I appreciated it so very much.

My mother was recently transported and the medics where great!

Very unprofessional instead of worrying about my health he tried to tell me how much the ride would cost and that i should have called a ride like hello mf ive been in pain for three days i had to crawl down my steps just very very very unprofessional one of them even made smart remarks about me being dizzy and back pains

To say rude would be an understatement. They made the whole situation more frightening and upsetting. Coming from a medical professional trying to help the situation.... I would drive my family member myself before I called them again.

WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE 'STARS' IF POSSIBLE!
Was about a 11 pm call. EMTs would not give gloves to a family member to help prevent spread of flu. Said "No need, he's already exposed anyway. That's why I'm not gonna touch her, I've got kids at home!" Family member had "kids at home" also! Unbelievable!
