They gave us a quote for $900 to repair our vehicle. We took it to another shop for a second opinion. The mechanic took it for a ride and told us they diagnosed the problem incorrectly. It turned out to be a $300 repair.

Got a flat tire on our way to Vermont. They fixed it and offered up a used tire for the car rental so we didn't have to pay full price. Great people
Damaged vehicle and would take responsibility.
It's on camera. They admitted he did it and could careless. When he was told he wasn't getting paid and they would be covering damages. They said were taking the car or calling the cops.
I called the cops.

Don't get robbed by this place Took my 99 Blazer in because it was stuck in 4 wheel low and they called me back with a 3200 quote because he swore the transmission was bad even after arguing with him that I never had any signs of transmission problems before pressing the 4x4 low button so I got it from them took it to a steet mechanic that I knew and he fixed it in a day all it needed was a new fuse and it drove great ever since.
Zero stars if that were possible. Made huge mistake on a simple repair. I know no one is perfect but they did nothing to correct it. Had another mechanic fix car & brought them the part so they could see how it was installed backwards. I didn't ask for anything, just wanted to let them know. My complaint is that they never responded. Really feel like they took advantage of me & didn't care. I like doing business with honest people so I will never go back or recommend them.
Wish I could give zero stars. Did shoddy work on a basic repair. Talked to them to let them know as a courtesy. She told me she would talk to the mechanics and call me back. Never received a call. Two other mechanics that looked at the car couldn't believe that they did nothing to make their mistake right. Don't trust their workmanship or ethics.

Customer Service yesterday (Sunday afternoon) was phenomenal. It was a sweltering hot day on our motorcycles and Deb went above and beyond to get our group cooled down! Some of us in the group remembered Deb from 2 years ago when we stopped to get gas. Reminiscing began and it was as if we had met up with an old friend! To say that Deb went above and beyond is an understatement! Deb, we will definitely be back to see you when we drive through Mauston again! A 5 star rating is NOT high enough for customer service here! Deb deserves "Employee of the Month" Status for months on end!!

Often the cheapest gasoline in town and s major brand name gssoline. Their middle octane is always as inexpensive as plain regular and premium is the highest octane rating available at 93 . Their gas may contain up to 10% ethanol. Plus there is a full service mechanics garage and hunting and fishing equippement, bait and licenses.
You feel welcome when you go in, they offer more than just fuel and auto repairs. They have the best fishing tackle available in the area, fresh bait, items for the campers and they also offer meats and sausages from the local meat market! They do an awesome job of trying to accommodate all travelers and outdoor lovers!
Do NOT GO HERE!!! They overcharged me for tow service. 529$ for a tow out of a ditch. I go to pay n get my car and the lady flat out tells me that they are pocketing 200$ and tried not including it on my receipt. Her direct words were I m not writing the 200$ on the receipt because the boss man told me not to, he said it s none of the wife s business. I told her that I needed proof of the 200$ cash, the rest of the payment was made on a charge card. She wrote on my receipt 200paid cash but still refused to write it on the original merchant copy. SO WRONG, SHADY BUSINESS, NOTHING ADDS UP. Juneau County needs not to contract with them. BAD ETHICS, BAD BUSINESS. They need to be AUDITED AND someone go to jail

Broke down in Mauston with a flat tire and no spare. We showed up first thing in the morning and they had us back on the road in a half hour. The price was far less than I expected, even with the $20 tip I gave them. Cannot recommend the good people at Northside Mobile enough.

Got a wheel alignment from this shop.When they put the tires back on they put them on crooked Another time they put a gas coupler in the hose for the idle control motor to quiet it instead of fixing the problem.
On the day we were here, gas prices were lowest for miles around, but very few pumps and there was waiting.

I got my oil changed at North Side Mobile. A few months later I open my hood to notice the oil cap was gone. I contacted the owner to see if they had it there since they were the last to complete an oil change for my auto. I believe they forgot to put it back on. Owner replied, " well my initials are on the paper work but I didn't service your car".He positively was the one who serviced my car. He told me,"it probably vibrated off and if I bring it in he could help me look for it. My thought was, really, how dumb do you think I am. So I told him, "I'm sure it didn't vibrate off and it would not be in the engine if that could have happened. So I stated, "I won't be bringing my car back". He stated rudely, " then I won't help you"!!! Then hung up on me. The owner is very rude and will not admit to any mistakes he could have made. The oil cap is just $6.00, the disgruntled customer.....priceless.
They have poor business ethic, I was quote a price for work and at the end it was double the amount. They have poor communication with their customers. I will no longer use their service.

Stopped while traveling. Thought it would be a $200 fix, they got me on the road for $20.
Recently had break lines replaced...estimated at 400. Then next day i was quoted 500. By the time it was completed on the third day the balance due reached 650. in process the owner broke bleeder valve off and charged me for a new caliper. Inspected work before driving away...lol. old break lines were cut but not removed. Bends are almost kinked. New lines kinda just run wherever...not secured in brackets. Asked attendant about discrepancies and was told " i better learn how to remove lines and secure new ones!" Unbelievable!!! Job looks like a child did it.

Horrible customer service. Lady at the counter who is apparently the owner, is a miserable person to try and deal with. We had issues with the wrong information being relayed from the desk to the shop, torque specs not being followed for lug nuts, cross threaded lug nuts, and various other issues. After a disagreement with her over whether they had even worked on my vehicle they then canceled our appointment without notice or a phone call. Highly recommend you go elsewhere.

My vehicle was towed I here in April 19th,2018, after a car accident on Interstate 90-94, and has sat there ever since, waiting for the insurance company and repair shop to agree on a price for the repairs
It sounds like my insurance company and the dealer are BOTH trying to take advantage of the other. ... and so I wait...
UPDATE: in late August, after a 8-12" rain event, my vehicle was apparently heavily damaged by flood waters, and I've enlisted the help of an attorney to get the insurance company to pay out enough for a replacement vehicle...
