Northgate is amazing! The staff are helpful till ALL your questions or concerns are answered. I personally use Dr. Julie. She is knowledgeable, compassionate to both your pet and you, and she doesn't sugar coat but has a great bedside manner. I highly recommend the staff here so much I have brought several friends there to have pets treated. It is a state of the art facility without the price tag passed on to you.
As always, I received exceptional care at Northgate Pet Clinic. Their after-hours emergency hotline has been such a blessing to my animal family members.

Best clinic in Decatur as far as I'm concerned and believe me I've been to quite a few I've had pets for over 40 years they are extremely professional very courteous and respectful and unlike some of the clinics that I've been to they are very thorough I took my special needs Kitty to them I had to wait a little bit because they had an emergency why Jessica had to go save another Pet's life they did not just leave me waiting though they let me know what was going on they are not very pricey they are normal compared to other clinics in Decatur in fact a little cheaper on prescriptions I will be taking my other two for babies to them also thank you Northgate Pet Clinic...
My first time going to this clinic and my overall experience was amazing. I took my german shepherd (Wesley) there and they treated us like family. I could tell instantly that they really cared about my dog. I would highly recommend taking your pet here. The staff is great! Thanks Northgate.
My cat had to be hospitalized. They explained procedures and estimates cost up front. A doctor called me twice a day with updates. I highly recommend!
Today I took my 7 yr old female beagle to see Dr. Voelker. My beagle has problems with pancreatitis. The one thing I like best about is that I am included in the decision making. Dr. Voelker listens to my concerns and we discuss the treatment options. She got us in right away and I didn't have to wait a week for an appointment.
Truly love the care my babies get here. Dr. Forden is the best.
Dr. Daniels and the vet tech were so amazing and caring for my rabbit Bernie. I was able to get in the same day and I couldn t have asked for a better experience. And the bill was less than i anticipated! Thank you so much.
