The staff is not only very professional but uniformly NICE. Whenever I go in, I feel that I'm among people who have become friends. I had used Walgreens for several years because of the "convenience" of it until switching to Northfield after getting so frustrated with Walgreens. It wasn't until I transferred my medications to Northfield Pharmacy that I realized that there is nothing convenient about using Walgreens or CVS like I had been doing. Everything about this pharmacy is better...from customer service, to Rob (the pharmacist) knowing me by name, and everything in between. After using Northfield Pharmacy, I will never go back to using the other pharmacies ever again. Check them out, and you'll be happy you did!
The only locally owned pharmacy in Northfield - that has a DRIVE THRU! What more could you ask for? Their service is always point on because they aren't trying to sell you chips and candy bars along with your medications. They are devoted, and the Andersons who own this place are genuine good folks.
