I recently purchased a Jag Xf which I didn't realize had a coolant leak. I took it down to the lads at northfield garage where they located the problem straight away a clip hadn't been properly attached on one of the coolant pipes! I would definitely recommend this garage and I will be using it from now on.

Ricky serviced the gear box on my XK8 and also carried out a thermostat replacement as I was unable to obtain one!!! Very pleased with the work carried out at a reasonable cost. Will definitely be re-visiting for some additional work required on my lights.

Great service from a very knowledgeable and professional company. My car was fixed by these Jag specialists for a very competitive price even compared to normal garages and was returned in less than 24 hours even though it was a very big job. Car is now running spot on. They even washed it! I will use them again even though it's 45 mins away because they give me peace of mind that the job and costs will be correct.

Adam really helped me out when my alternator literally set on fire. Great communication, a courtesy car, totally honest and up front throughout will definitely go there for any repairs in future so glad to have found a decent mechanic

Been using this garage for about 3 years now for general repairs and servicing. I can only dirscribe it as one of the best places to take your Jag and prices are very very cheap compared to other garages!!!. Took my car to Halfords over the weekend to change two bulbs after 30 they gave up as it was too hard to take . Ricky did it 10 minutes and charged me half the price of Halfords 10 out of 10 and advised me where to look for the blow fuse. thnaks and keep up the good work !!!!!

Rang as didnt have equipment to do job my self (Auto box fluid level check after repair)

Guys where really helpfull and agreed price over phone so took my X-Type Sport in on fri 12th october 2018 at 0900hrs due to distance live away and work would bein un able to collect by time garage shut..These guys went above and behond not only did they fix said car they bagged all old parts up for me to see,checked and adjusted fluid level (needed just over 1litre all included in price quoted) then delivered my car to place of work(Free ) and all by 1430hrs same day....cant recomend these guys enough and for future reff any job i cant do these guys will have my buisness...So if want a Jag specialist that knows there stuff with great customer care and great prices these are the guys to trust recomend 100%.... my beautiful head turning jaguar xjs v12 convertible, in fantastic condition, could not start and it was overheating. i made a very big mistake of taking it to northfield garage. it took them 2 months to do their checks and to try and diagnose the faults. eventually, they got the car starting but they failed to resolve the overheating of the car. instead of focusing on the job at hand, they made money out of me by changing the battery which was in the car working well, replacing it with a rather expensive battery and also changing the coolant which i was told was leaking. however, Ricky could not show me where the leakage was on the coolant that was removed. i took the old coolant home and filled it up with water but there was no leak.
my car, which is my joy and pride and which is in pristine condition was grossly neglected while in the care of this garage. during the 2 months my car was with them they locked it up in a damp and wet garage as a result of which the body of the car was riddle with water marks. a couple of screws was missing from beneath the glove compartment. Ricky promised to give me a replacement but he failed to do so.
at the end of all this terrible experience i endured, i was charged 800 pounds just for getting the car started and replacing items they were not supposed to replace, but without resolving the overheating issue which is still a problem.
if you love you jag and do not want to throw your hard earned money down the drain, please avoid this garage. they are just a bunch of cowboy mechanics and money grubbers. an absolute nightmare. i distest giving bad reviews, but this time i have got to. i am very disappointed and angry.

Brilliant bunch of lads . Had my jag xf in for new E.G.R. valve and cam belt and water pump. Service and quality plus value for money that mean a lot if you are a jag owner.

Just got back from a trip to see Ricky and his team at Northfield Garage... Buried out of sight from the main road houses a decent, honest and efficient independant and well worth a trip over for excellent service. Decent public transport to visit the City Centre whilst they tend to your car, cannot thank them enough for their work today... Highly Recommended.

These guys are friendly, give good honest advice and clearly know a lot about Jaguars. Work was done to a very high standard the same day. Prices are very reasonable. Makes owning a used Jag a much more pleasant experience all round!

Robert the gaffer a real Gentleman took my car there to get it checked out done it straight away dirannostick check and test drive .

Crooks, took my car for mot and they put a dent on it just so they could add the price for fixing. I will not go there ever again.

I was having an issue with my X Type and got in touch with Robert at Northfield Garage. They did a computerised diagnosis of the fault which they didn't charge me for and carried out the work at a great price, with the car being ready for collection on time as promised.

I'll definately be back A+
