Northfield Farm: The Home of British Dry-Aged Beef
Northfield Farm is a family-run business that has been producing high-quality meat products for over 20 years. Located in the heart of Leicestershire, England, Northfield Farm is known for its exceptional dry-aged beef, charcuterie, sausages and dry-cure bacon.
At Northfield Farm, we believe in traditional farming methods that prioritize animal welfare and sustainability. Our animals are raised on our own farm or sourced from local farmers who share our values. We take pride in knowing exactly where our meat comes from and how it was raised.
Our signature product is our dry-aged beef. We use a unique process that involves hanging the beef carcass for up to 28 days to allow the natural enzymes to break down the muscle fibers and tenderize the meat. This results in a rich, complex flavor that cannot be replicated by any other method.
In addition to our dry-aged beef, we also offer a wide range of charcuterie products such as salami, chorizo and prosciutto. All of these products are made using traditional methods with no artificial preservatives or additives.
Our sausages are another customer favorite. We have over 20 different varieties ranging from classic pork sausages to more exotic flavors like wild boar and venison. All of our sausages are made with natural casings and high-quality ingredients.
Finally, we offer a selection of dry-cure bacon which is cured using traditional methods without any added water or chemicals.
At Northfield Farm, we believe that good food starts with good farming practices. That's why all of our animals are raised on pasture or free-range systems where they can graze naturally without being confined to small spaces or fed antibiotics or growth hormones.
We also believe in supporting local farmers who share our values by sourcing some of our animals from them whenever possible.
